I have to reinstall app every few weeks. It randomly stops working. Otherwise, Decent app easy to use. It would be nice if I can search part names within a parts list. Also allowing copy and paste of part # so we can drop them into the Distributors apps would be a nice addition.
App doesn't work. Cannot lookup anything EDIT : Uninstalled app an reinstalled and works again.
Downloaded app, says it needs an update and when I hit update it goes back to Open or uninstall? How can I use an app that does not work???
Great for quick warranty check however if they can put the RPM of motor on equipment list be last thing they need to fix
Doesnt work. Tells me needs update. Click update and it repeats itself.

app does not show any information. every selectable item turns up blank.

The app overall is excellent!!!! One catch when you look up system matches it gives you everything except the model number of the indoor unit. If I am missing something please help!! Otherwise awesome job!

I would appreciate having a part number show original and all superssions without having to chase the part number supersessions. I would give a 5 star if that simple mod.was made. Thanks. EDIT: Still have to manually enter a P/N to see if it was superceded and when you get to the latest P/N it tells you the P/N does not exist?? Come on you can do better. Show all suppressions and original at once on a part number. BTW Your app hangs and is useless today.
