It's okay when it works, but hasn't worked in a couple days now for me. Keeps telling me my password or username is incorrect. my username and password is 100% correct. Very frustrating when I'm delivering a car and I cant access lot shot!
very unstable App, always crashes and blocks access. until they figure it out, the LotShot capability should be enabled from the online portal, otherwise we will stop using this service altogether.
Sent customer a lot shot text while connecting Bluetooth to his car. He immediately started the review. Watched him send it. Never received the review to dealer rater. Very inconsistent
Works for the most part. Only issue is that whenever you get a connection or new review it logs you out everytime, but when you just open it to send a review it doesn't.
This app is amazing!!!......the times that it actually works. I've had many people that either don't get it or can't open the link.
Jeff Lorenz is the most honest and best car sales guy in the world. I needed a car and I got totally screwed from my last purchase. he gave me the best options. we didnt make a deal because he honestly told me he did not want to put me in an even worse situation. I will be seeing him again in afew months!
Never works or very slow. All ways crashes ...change passwords and long liad times.
Lotshot never works sending to my customers always takes forever and get errors, takes 5 tries

I'm the highest rated dealer at my job but I should have way more reviews I've sat there with several clients of mine and try to walk them through the review half of them don't get the confirmation email and therefore don't get to post a review it's not fair to them and it's not fair to meet that's why I'm rating this app so low. I haven't seen the benefit to it making me any money but I have seen how it's lost me over $1,000 so far in bonus money I'm not happy about it

Having same issues as the other guys, I've been trying to login, but it keeps telling me that they're is an error with my login. I've changed my password 3 times now. I can log in to the website, but the app is a no go.
nothing special
I like the potential of this app to help grow your business but the app is very glitchy. It often takes several attempts to send a review request as it locks up and needs to be restarted. Worse than that is how many customers do not recieve contact from the app after I submit it. Thank goodness for those customers who contact me to let me know they didn't get anything and ask that I re send it. Gs8. Thanks.
Horrible for review request submissions. Times out constantly so it takes 6-7 tries to send a customer a lot shot via text. Plus it takes 2-5 minutes to send. Plus you can't edit texts to customize them to the customer. This app clearly favors email as it sends right away the first time and allows you to customize the message. Needs work.

App doesn't open anymore. You should be able to send a lotshot from PC if the app doesn't work. Worthless and disappointing.
Hardly ever works. Clearly done half way. Always has issues.
Lotshot not working. If your app fails, then you should at the least be able to fall back to a PC. Ridiculous how you managed to overlook that. Android up to date on GS8+.

Lotshot still not working. Even with the last update. Missing out on the sweet spot of new customers.
Was working pretty well and now I am unable to send lot shots through by text. Very disappointed in this recent development. Tried reseting phone. Also reset app. While I'm at it I don't understand why my finances managers get a mention in my review. My intention of getting these reviews is to be the best and get my name out there so people ask for me when they want a car. But if managers get a call out on every review I will never beat them. Thus making this app a pointless waste of time.
