Am trying to work with the app and closes every second, with the pictures that you take is imposible to open them and see it properly. takes for ever, I don't really know why companies still using this CRM when other ones out there are better for work with and easier than this, the apps are so easy to work with, but I have not choice but continue , hopefully they have a little time to upgrade their system!!!🙄
This app just barely covers the basics of what it should be able to do. Aside from that, it is incredibly clunky and inefficient to use to stay in touch with customers. To make just one verifiable phone call to a customer requires clicking through five separate menus and screens. Take that five seconds over the course of two or three hundred calls a day and that is an easy twenty minutes wasted just navigating this app.
probably worst customer app ever had to use. it is not smooth and fluid. simple things like reading a email that a customer sent. i cant just reply to the email right there. i have to back out to the customers info page to send out a email and click 2, 3 different pages forward just send out a email. app closes all the time and have to login constantly or check it hourly so you make sure arent missing a customers email, text replies or a new internet lead.
Still no fix for Android no-notifs bug. Won't allow click to call either. Incompatible with SwiftKey. The fact that I am forced to this for work is unfortunate. Makes it incredibly hard to keep notes, call clients, and respond to leads in a timely manner. This app is COSTING me money. It's been over a month.
Update: App is crashing repeatedly in short periods of time. Everytime there is an auto update I have to delete and reinstall to get certain functions to work again. After the new update today, the app has crashed 2x during outbound calls and the call function from the opportunity screen is working intermittently.
I really want to like this app, but it's clunky and difficult to navigate, the layout is very poorly optimized, has so much potential but it's far more efficient to just do everything from the desktop instead of jumping through hoops to make this app work. The only thing I use it for is when I'm out of the office and don't have a laptop with me, otherwise it's just too inconvenient.
A simple, user-friendly app that allows one manage my customers and tasks on the go - whether you're at your desk, walking around the lot, or at home. Getting notified about web leads is critical and the app makes receiving and responding to them easy and quick. Adding a fresh up doesnt require you to get on your computer and the mobility this offers is helpful for both you and the customer.
Takes too long for application to load. Video/camera feature doesn't have a forward facing camera option. Only certain iphones have that feature but most phones don't, whether apple or Android. I had a 2020 Android and now a 2021 and there still isn't a forward facing camera option. There shouldn't be any reason this app doesn't have a forward facing camera for all smartphones
Dealersocket works better in a mobile browser. The app is unreliable, crashes regularly even on flagship devices. Lead management isn't remotely as efficient as the web-based CRM. Its sad that the biggest improvement they could make to this app would be to delete it and just have it open the website in desktop mode on the browser. Fingerprint or Face-ID login would be a bonus as well, considering it requires a log-in any time the app is minimized. Please overhaul it ASAP.
When going to the notes , it freezes up , wants you to close app. No notes to input or look at , means usless. The scaner for the driver ID only works 1 time out of ten maybe. And so does the scanner for the vin# trade input. Fix it and I will give it a 5 star.
slowest app I've ever used. it says processing for a long time. the longest time recorded while "processing " is 3 minutes and 37 seconds. Please get with the times. the web version from my phone is faster then this ridiculous app!!!
Could definitely use improvement. Website works better on mobile just need drivers license scanner. And that is crashing now with Android 10. Crashes as soon as you hit save and I keep losing information that we get from customers. Please fix 🙏🏽
works well with the desktop version. the scan feature saves me quite a bit of time for drivers licenses and vin numbers. i can also work a little bit from home which is helpful to plan out my day by seeing to dos and appointments.
I do not receive my notification I have to open app to see if I got one. Sometimes I have to force close to open it. Sometimes I can't make calls on it. You guys need to update and fix these issues.
Steer clear of this CRM completely. Been stuck on a contract for 2 years trying to be patient, STILL nothing works as it should. Reports are even incorrect, ridiculous bugs throughout- so many that it will make your head explode, functionality and design was clearly made by someone who is either ignorant or poorly educated. DO THEY EVEN TEST THEIR SOFTWARE???? Poor customer service, no fixes, no security even, nothing good about it at all. I want out so bad. Would rather use an Excel spreadsheet
Its pretty bad with android and not much better with apple. But I use android only now. It won't make calls through the app and everything you click on takes secends to react. Afyer a sale you cannot recall stock nimber or vin number through the app. You have to get on a cpi to find that info. Theres so many things missing on this app. I could go on and on. Its bearable but really because we don't have a choice.
I use this because I have to. No other reason whatsoever. The design is atrocious. Workflow is horrendous. Pick a task in the business. Think of how many steps that should take. Now triple that number. That's how this app does things. And you have to log in every time you touch the app. Dozens of times per day. I work for one of the largest auto groups in the country. Our CEO is buddies with the guy over Dealer Socket. Only reason we use it. Much better solutions out there.
Galaxy S8+ user... app gives no more notifications but the worse part is I can't stop time on my leads as calls do not got through with app. Please fix as it has been this way for well over a week.
This would be an outstanding app IF it functioned properly. Unfortunately, it always crashes and now I can't make phone calls through the app. Please fix these major imperfections.
Waited forever to get an update so that one get notifications. Now everytime something is cleared. Getting a notification for that. It's simple. If don't know how to build an app. Outsource the work. Should be no excuse for a company your size.
Horrible app. Can't download attachments from emails inside the app. Doesnt notify me when I have new leads or any notifications for that matter on my phone unless I open the app...
Everytime I try to view work notes it freezes up and tells me to close out of the app and try again. And never takes images of ID whenever I scan it.
Constantly crashes and doesn't log my CTI calls. Have to uninstall and reinstall everytime it updates. What a joke. I enjoy getting grilled by management because your app doesn't work correctly!
This app is outdated. Too many glitches and is not user friendly nor intuitive. I can no longer push the number and dial from the app. The app screen size no longer fits my phone screen since the "update" and I can not touch certain task areas. You have to go through too many steps to complete a task or add one. Definitely needs serious attention. I use it as little as possible.
