Not sure why a conglomerate like Cox automotive can't get a real application out and have not updated since 2016. What a joke, even more reason to switch to route one
Not updated in 5 years, will not work at all. Very disappointed.

App is completely broken.
Doesn't let you save user name and you have to log out and log back in after you do something to see the results, add a refresh button to the app

Junk! Says "no activity found in last 24 hours" when I know I have pending deals in there.

Practically useless! Can't see all aps submitted. Needs settings to show aps submitted in a certain time period. Crashes occasionally and seems that no one fixes or updates.
Totally revamped user interface...looks good,much better than the previous version but doesn't really make much sense. Why are the credit inquiries mixed in with the loan approvals??!?
Crashing All The Time.
Using this app is painful. I'm actually appalled that Dealertrack would allow their name to be attached to something like this. Car guys (and gals) look to technology to streamline a vast amount of workload and customer problems on the fly. Get a clue guys....your app is a waste of time!
As a dealer principal trying to stay on top of deals at my dealerships, it's absolutely pathetic Dealertrack would allow such subpar performance on their App for this long. Absolutely the biggest joke I've ever seen. Terrible.
Unfortunately I need mobile access when I am on the go but I will be lucky if I am able to view an application for more than 3 seconds. It continues to say that there's been an error and it shuts down. Very disappointing as there's seems to be no fix.
Would be nice if I can see applications that were submitted by customers so I can submit to lenders. Application crashes when I load statuses of active applications. Functional as a general quick glance but otherwise not worth installing.
You need to fix this issue asap . It's a Useless app now. Deleted
Crashes every 5 seconds. You would think a company as big as DT would put some development money into this. Don't bother downloading. Ill just have to log into my desktop computer like a peasant.
App crashes every time I open a credit application since last update. Galaxy S4 android 4.4.2
This app is terrible. There are on going issues that no one seems to care to fix. It crashes when you exit the app, and try to reenter. It crashes randomly. Crashes when you try to open an application. No solution for years.. Terrible..
It's a nice idea, but horribly implemented. Once a deal is clicked, the app shuts down. Maybe we'll switch over to Route One...

The app keeps closing after I log in. Sometimes I log in, click on an approval, and then it closes. Very frustrating!
Don't download this if you plan on using it for any kind of functionality.
Useless app can't do any basic functions
Can't even get the app to work. Dealertrack has been the worst thing our dealership has tried. CDK was so much better that you can't even compare the two. Not to mention the people that were supposed to train us on this didnt know how to use the DMS themselves.
