Depression is an extreme low mood that lasts a long time and makes a person feel sad,
irritable or empty. Many people, including many teens, have suffered in this way. A

^ sees life in a negative way.

depression treatments, but you can learn self help skills and apply them to your own life. This guide teaches a set of antidepressant skills you can use to overcome depression. Sometimes the skills can be used on their own, when the depression

The writing is very, shall we say, "colloquial" l but the content is spot on and straight to the point. This app is practical, easy to read, useful and positive. A very cost-effective alternative to a life coach! I think this app will also appeal to teenagers who might be put off but a more "serious" format and style of writing. Available in all formats so accessible to all. Free with Kindle Audio trial I believe.

I found this app at the right time. Consider all going on during unprecedented times and consider reading this app. Great tips mentioned to help cope with my depression. I am fond of the idea that the author gave the reader the chance to interact. I feel like there are things I can take from this to help. Pleased with the app.

I really like this app. I think it is cute and it helps me get out of my head when I am feeling sad or out of control. It has some positive words of wisdom as well as some of the author's own experience with depression and how he recovered. As for the app, I like the prompts. There are a fair amount of drawing prompts, some writing prompts, some real world activities it asks you to do and reflect on.

This is essentially a beginner's self-help book in app format. It's not bad, but there's also nothing new here. You can probably get the same info reading Wikipedia (might even get more info there), it's just divided into chunks here. The app can be good for complete beginners though.

My therapist asked that I work on these exercises to work through my depression. After reading the workbook and doing the exercises I feel that any person can benefit from it- depressed or not. We all need to feel better about ourselves, to be thankful and to feel at peace. This app is an excellent aid to get us there. Do something good for yourself!

I have a major depression. And this app is helpful. It much better than advices like ooohhh go eat antidepressants and hurry up.. I've looked many places, but there too little information about major depression. A good app. Thank you. The only not so good thing about it is a really silly advertisement during use

Meal prepping is essential in anyone’s life! It helps particular with those who work a lot or have long hours. It is nice to do this just once a week or whenever you have the time to do this as it can help you spend more quality time with family. That being said, a great keto diet meal prep app! Recommended to DOWNLOAD.

Content exactly reads as per the name of the App. Dealing with depression, why do we get depression, how do we overcome such depression in terms of both physical & mental ways. English is easy understandable in such a way it is demonstrated.

No helpful tools or trackers. Just information, which could be helpful to someone "new" to depression, but nothing I didn't already know. Too many ads. Not useful to me.
