Based on the current programming this application was very unhelpful. The whole time I used it, was spent trying to get the map to point in the right direction and to make sure that it recorded the leads that I inputted, which it did not. I reached out for support and got very little help other than a YouTube video telling me to do what I was already doing. I drove 30 miles out of my way to use this app to record the properties I wanted to go after and it cost me more time than it saved me.
There are different methods to find homeowners while driving around but none of them include the one-click marketing system that deal machine does. I've only used it a week and already feel like I can't live without it. The only downside is it doesn't show the borders of the parcels so I don't know instantly what bldgs/land are included.
Had a small issue that was big to me. Couldn't get password to reset. My saved password wouldn't work. It was just a bad start off of my day. Then Gianne came to the rescue and solved my problem immediately. I'm glad I get to continue using this great app and being provided assistance by the wonderful customer service. 5 🌟
I've been using this app off and on for the last 2 years. It only keeps getting better, I've landed 3 off market deals with this app. I send out about 300-800 post cards a month and I'm getting 1-3 inbound calls a day for the first week after mailers are sent and on average 2-3 calls a week after that. I've gone all in on dealmachine, I'm getting leads from owners who are not as heavily solicited.
This app and website is great for those learning how to get into Wholesale Real-estate! It has everything you need. Their customer service is great as well. They only have a chat option, but they respond quickly and are very helpful!
The company goes out of its way to help app users find success. Including tons of video interviews on YouTube. The support is outstanding. The app is pretty much flawless and worth every penny. I used another app before and it kept freezing. That's pretty much a non-issue with DealMachine. I have friends who have literally made 1Million+ using this app. What more you need? Just get it. Worst case scenario? Tax write off for your business.

I've gained a ton of value from using dealmachine. I've tried other apps like Propelio and it havent found anything like it. It loads quickly and does what it needs to do. And also, the CRM and list features are great. I love this app!
Top notch real estate investing software. I had the software ove a year ago, left to try others, but ended up coming back due to the level of service and the ease of use for marketing to property owners. Speaking of great service, I had a issue with setting up my mailings and they made me a personalized walkthrough video to show me how get everything set up.
There's alot of apps out today claiming to be the best at driving for dollars, but there could be one heavy weight champ, and that's Deal Machine! In addition, their customer service is incredible ... They are super super responsive to your needs, and they actually care about your success. So if your starting out know this ... Statics shows that most newbies get their fist deal done from driving for dollars, so why would not get the best app in the market ... DEAL MACHINE!!
Awesome way to keep track of your leads and skip trace them. You can even list your comps on each subject property. The driving for dollars feature is great as well!
Deal Machine has been great for me, creating the lists i get driving, organizing them by month has worked the best for me as I export 1000 leads at a time to skiptrace. Any and every time I have a single issue I reach out to the support team in the support tab on the app and get responses within 2 minutes every single time. Nothing has ever gone without an answer. Nothing. Overall great experience with this app.
Much Improved! I tried using this app awhile back. Had some optimization issues but they have rolled out some incredible improvements and customer service is second to none!

This app is really starting to upset me. I have been having issues with this app since the update in December. It's so slow now. Pictures take forever to download and sometimes dont save to the app at all. Glitching all the time when I take the picture I have to hit the back button like 5 times before it goes back to the app.
I don't think anyone should ever have to sign up for pay service just to be able to open an app and look around first. You need to at least see if it meets your expectations. But, while they do give you a 7 day free trial, you have to sign up none the less for their paid service. I can go test drive a car for free before I invest in one. So nope. 2/14/22 Upgraded to 2 stars, since the reached out, but still won't do business with until they change the above.

Just starting with this app but it seems like it will certainly fast-track my investments by providing highlights for the types of properties I'm looking for and readily- available assessments to save me some of the work! I am new to Dealmachine so I cannot comment yet on the app features. However their customer service is very good. My last interaction was with Sahid. It was positive and my concern was addressed immediately and corrected. As with any app or company there may be glitches or concerns. The attitude, willingness to help and concern for their clients/customers speaks volumes about the company itself. Five stars for Dealmachine's customer support!!

This is a great app that really gives its users a handful of tools to help ensure that whatever the real estate need is at the time, it's able to be met as efficiently as possible. Also the different packages they offer and the free trial are terrific because it gives the option to ease into it rather than be forced to buy things you might not use if you aren't quite established yet.
