It took an hour and a half to order 6 items. Searching in the app is impossible to find what you are looking for. I couldn't find the favorites I had purchased in the past....it was difficult to navigate in the app. I DID NOT FIND IT TO BE USER FRIENDLY! Right now I wont used it.
I love ordering through Sam's. My orders have always been correct and I've never been overcharged. The reason for the 4 star is the packaging of items is sometimes very sloppy and not thought out. The last box I received should have been made into at least 3 separate boxes. My husband and I could barely lift it to get it into the house before the box exploded and spilled everything out into the floor. I'm amazed the delivery men got it to our front porch.
All the letters and print are to small. Sometimes your cart you started is empty when you return following day. Save for later list is not always available. Web master tried to fix something that wasn't broken before. Now it is all screwed up.
Too slow to download the content than the old app version. Writing is way too small and don't need the whole website to do online shopping at Sam's.
So far it is okay. Takes longer to find your items, place order, and checkout. Also It does not have the Scan/Go option.
Automatically closes and freezes all the time. Definitely needs to work some kinks out.
I chick on something the app freezes. Hey i love deals and i haven't shop at Sam's club yet because I don't have a car yet. I thought this app would help but it didn't sorry. I have to delete your app off my phone.
I have never had a problem at Sam's except for long lines it. Being able to shop from the app makes life alot easier for me.
Our first order (60 items) was completed successfully, boxes and a cart were waiting for us upon arrival. What a great service - thank you!
The app is installed but doesn't work on my phone. At sign in it just freezes, I can go back but not forward.
Terrible. Worst update app. Ever!!!! Those who make the decision, should either go back to last version, or Go to an other program writer.
Choosing pick up time is very limiting. It needs to give option for at least 5 days. Stpp ed letting you check in at store.
Fast shipping to my local store. Easy to use app with good user interface. My go to grocery shopping app.
There is no scan and go. Where did the scan and go, Go ? ? ? There was nothing wrong with the old app. What a bunch of junk !

New app is awful. What was wrong with old one? Why was it not compatible with android all of a sudden? I don't even want to give it one star. It doesn't deserve it.

So far the app runs slow and kiks off ever so often but I like Sam's so I hope the bugs work out soon.
Usually a good app but at this time it is acting crazy and totally unresponsive.
It's different than the one I have on my phone, not nearly as user friendly.
Like the ease of ordering, and easy to track orders.
The app takes forever it is so slow and it jump's around,I can never get to shop!

Too complicated. Does not support scan & go for 16 GB Phones. What a shame 😞.

Sam's club has become to pricey and you have to stand outside on long lines to get in the store because of Covid-19. Social distancing is understandable, but, after all of that...they don't have what you need or/are not restocking until the next day is CRAZY!! This is my rating and my experience so no need to comment or offer an opinion...save it! I'm fine.🙂
When you first walk into Sam's CLUB the employee's are very nice, what ever you need they are there to help you. SAMS CLUB YOU ARE #1 I do have a question in the near future are you able to put out more carts for people who has disabilities? The ones you have already are great. Thank you
This app is HORRIBLE!! There is no scan and go option. The app freezes, hard to navigate, glitchy. PLEASE bring back the old app...it was much more user friendly and it allowed you to scan as you shopped so you could avoid the long lines and the pressure of upgrading your membership and then having the sales associate get ticked when you don't upgrade. Ugh. Just bring the old app back. I had to give it a star but did not want to.
