I really like the app, but when I signed up I only wanted the 1 month subscription and it automatically subscribed me for a 3 month subscription. How do I fix this? UPDATED: Called customer service # and spoke with Sara....she was extremely helpful and fixed the situation for me.

Don't waste your time and money. The questions on the actual test are not even similar. I study the questions plus use their book (just to find out that the book has the exact same question.) Anyways I failed the test. Better use the questions of the actual PSI test online which is 49.99 and is good for 3 months.

$39.99 a month, you have to link your card to do free trail. No thank you, trash!

Passed my test! Great study app, after my hours were completed this was the only way I studied. 10/10 would recommend.

I think we should get a few months free if we purchased your book. I think 60 for 3 months is a very high amount to pay. The content is great but everything here is in the book. You are basically paying for a easier better format to study. I just feel as a purchaser of your book and flashcards we should at least get a discounted rate or for free.

Would be 5 stars, but there is one flaw to the structure of the questions. When you re take the study materials, it would be nice if the answers for each question shuffled around, because its more of a memorization of answer than taking a full understanding of a question. Edit: the price does seem steep for a subscription service, would pay the 39.99 for unlimited lifetime access, but the subscription should be priced around 15$/month max.

I am always hesitant to buying apps. but I have been trying to pass my exam for a few months. today was my 3rd attempt after 1 week of using this app. I Passed! Ot has bee. very tough and with a toddler running around this gave me more options than sitting on a computer or reading a book. audio and flashcards were my lifesaver. This app gives helpful explanations after each flashcard as well even if you get it right.. Thank you for the help!!

Very helpful tool. I used every feature thoroughly. I passed the class final and PSI each on my first round. Got a high score. This is a perfect co.element to the textbook and study guide. I used all resources. Well worth the $59 investment! Retests add up. I avoided any. Thanks a million!

Terrible app that is confusing, hard to use and doesn't cover everything needed for the real estate exam. It's glorified flashcards that ask the same questions over and over. I stupidly signed up for 3 months but realized in about 3 days this isn't what I wanted. I cancelled my subscription and they won't refund any money. Don't waste your time or money with this app.

Today I passed my real estate exam! This app help me so much with just answering questions over and over and taking what you forgot or couldn't remember in the from the questions, looking it up and moving forward. Once you do that you'll see how everything relates to other topics and it all starts to click! Thank you very much Dearborn for your help, it was very much appreciated! Now onto the next chapter!

$39.99? A month? What a ripoff! I'm getting relicensed, and wanted to review before testing. Instead, what I found is that there are certain companies like Dearborn who print the grossly overpriced (required) textbooks who are still taking advantage of people getting started in real estate. Typical of them. They let you answer a few questions, then lock you out until you pay at least $39.99! Shame. Find the orange and white real estate test app. It's pretty good and it's FREE.

So far so good...I have read through some of a certain real estate book and so far what I have read had helped me to answer the questions correctly... However, having to pay for the explanation of the FREE questions offered I think is ridiculous because the user is going to want to see how well the descriptions of each answer is before deciding on paying for the rest of the app's questions and answers.

Amazing App. It built my confidence level up tremendously. 5 Stars!! You must buy this app!! Whether you are in school or for personal use, this app is the best I have seen. Thank you. The videos have a slow start up but are truly my favorite as well as the quizzes. Truly beneficial

Well I thought was good but has nothing to do with hawaii exsam so I had to pay for classes,, get a new book. My test is on May 1st 2021 and now I'm way behind an I paid for a year I'm not happy. No one gets back to you and they won't give you your money back. I'm really bummed. So much money wasted time. Now I need to tripple study to get all caught up. The messages and adds are horrible and they want more want more money as well when you click on there messages. unhappy custome here. BeWere

Why advertise as a free app if you really have to pay to really get the app. It seems like it would be beneficial but I'm not paying $40 just to access this app. Too expensive! I would have rather paid a one time fee versus a recurring charge.

So grateful! This app allows me to understand the teaching better & with video tutorials that bring real situations to life with the dos & donts. Excellent product. I recommend this app to anyone interested in the real estate world!👍😁

Great app for anyone wanting to get their real estate license and it's also a great app for those also who have their real estate license and simply want to keep themselves abrest on the subject.

Grateful for this app! Very convenient and easy to use. I was so worried about passing the exam as everyone says it's very difficult and some had to try multiple times to pass. I passed on my first try thanks to the test questions in this program. Thank you! 😁

I passed the exam on first try using this app and an old edition of the book. I took the class in 2004 and sold real estate for a few years then let my license expire when the market crashed. This app is the best one I found and I did try a few.
