Why can't we buy stuff from the app? Some items are "web exclusive" but I can't order them! It always says "make my choice" (with a little shopping cart). When I press on this, a screen opens asking for quantity (+ and - buttons to select), availability (with my default store shown) and a "stock around" link. None of these fields work! From that screen, nothing more happens. Weird for a shopping app! Better go to the store! Or on the web. Don't spend your time with the app.

The app is good in general, but my biggest issue is the wishlist. It looks like I have two separate wishlists when I access decathlon.de website and when I use the app. I am logged on on both ends with the same account and yet items I add to my wish list in the browser do not appear in the app, and vice versa. This is an important feature and I'd love to see it working. Until then - 2 stars

Cannot order anything from the app. There is no add to cart or buy button, only an irrelevant "make my choice" button for every product. Click on it and nothing happens. Idiotic design and it has been like this for months now. Favorite sports store but horrible app.

I've now tried to install this app on both my tab 7 and tab 7 lite but have had been unable to because it is not "Optimised" for either device. Isn't it time the developers sorted this problem out .

This app needs a lot of work. It is slow, laggy and doesn't make a lot of sense. It works..but it's annoying as the experience is just not smooth. Also I have bought an item for 2 days and it is yet to show on the app itself. All I have to show that I have actually bought the item is the emails I got. The app itself shows absolutely nothing. It states there that it will be updated within 24 hours. Its almost 36 hours now and still nothing. This is just plain ridiculous

Very handy app, quick and easy to use, good design because it's easy to get details about a specific product. Filters work fine.

App and system is broken. Cant purchase. Im logged in but doesnt recognize me. Sends me back to main page whatever i click. Both the apl and webpage. Totally broken since a few months already. Tried on phone and mac. Same problems.

I like the application soo much There's only two thinks I didn't like The first is when i chose article to buy when i change the color of article I can't see it in big picture to see it better it looks so small i cant see it enough to decide The second is i can't add my house address to my profile there's buge

Worst app I have ever used. Made a purchase and it shows my basket is not empty, like I never made the purchase. Used a voucher and now it shows that I did not used it. Try using the app before you release it!

Application is terrible. I will also add that Decathlon sell products in Russia. I am afraid that Russia may invade other countries as well so I am not going to buy any products from this shop in near future!!! I remember from my grandparents how it is to be under Russian occupation!!! I do not want that!!!

Why does the filter button based on gender does not work anymore? Also: - it' s not ok (even for your business) that a client cannot save more than 30 products for later purchasing. - it' s not ok that sometimes you cannot erase a product from the favorites menu (every time i re-enter the app, it resets the product back in the favorites menu and the only way to delete it forever it to delete all the list). 11/Mar/2022 Issue resolved, thanks. 06/Mar/2022 even lastest update still didn't rectify the issue "our service temporary not available!". Uninstall.

Already a month the apps can't be open. Overall it should be good alternative for web version and scanning member for walk in purchase

Why won't the mobile app open? It won't even open. After I input login credentials it just keeps loading and that's it.

Used to work fine, but now it won't let me see any product photos or information. Every time I click on one, it says "an error occured while trying to recieved product info" and it just gives a blurry photo. Please fix this!

The app does not allow user to add item to cart. Have tried reinstall this app as well but still not able to do so after choosing size

The app is ok-ish. Unfortunately it doesn't show you any of the orders you have done; nor the ones done in physical shops nor the ones done online or through the app. Despite using the decathlon card every single time, the order list stays empty.

I downloaded the apps but cannot open at all and it is not the first time. I'm tired to uninstall and install the app as it still cannot be opened. Tried on 2 different devices (Android & iOS).

I love the products from Decathlon but the website and mobile app are so confusing. The products have doubled options for the same size, you can't make purchases through the app, and it keeps pushing notifications when you're near their stores. Moreover, when you research for products, it shows items that are no longer available or out of stock. Please fix your online inventory, and stop pushing useless notifications.

1- I have ordered some stuff on the App and there became a last-min problem with the delivery because suddenly, the delivery firm decided that they cannot find the address given. on the app, the address was given total correctly! 2- i have decided to refresh my personal info on the app so that i could give it a second chance and reorder but i cannot edit the address part and there appeared the same address more than once. i have erased the app and installed but now "failure" sign every time!!!

The application is so friendly and the products are perfect

Easy to browse products, can filter to my favorite sports and bright presentation. Cant wait to try the in-store experience using this app. Kudos!!!

Very pleasing, still in the early stages of using this app but I must say quite impressed with it so far. The ease of looking through the different sport disciplines, being able to favourite items of interest. The barcode receipt function is a cool touch and overall not a bad app. Just ordered online for delivery to my local store let's see how that goes.

Try looking up spare parts for Itiwit kayaks. Just says "sorry......." Thanks for the feedback update. 👍

Why I cannot add items into cart? The apps ask to choose the item, after I choose it won't add to cart????
