Decipher: The Brain Game

Decipher is a brain teasing puzzle game where you need to align the space rings to solve the enigma!

Looks easy, but different rings produce different effects. Every action produces a reaction. The Butterfly Effect can be your best friend or your worst enemy when it comes to unlock physics-based puzzles. You have to Decipher it!

A minimalist spacecraft is waiting for you to launch towards a peaceful and original space environment. For a while, you can escape reality and dive into a calm, relaxing and metaphysic mood, just like universe claims to be. Reminiscent of abstract classic movies and exhaling an endless sci-fi vibe, this is a game where logic and creativity unite against confusion. The landscape looks plenty of harmony, but do not let that distract you from the enigmas you need to solve to conquer each world.

Come aboard to decipher the mysteries of the universe!

Features:
• Physics-based gameplay, developed in partnership with Sir Isaac Newton.
• Easy to learn but difficult to master, Decipher: The Brain Game rules are constantly evolving.
• Relaxing environment and no pressure to finish it. Like space, time is also infinite in Decipher: The Brain Game.
• New rings will bring new problems and unique combinations. Each level is a new puzzle!
• Soothing music, evocative visual design and immersive sci-fi atmosphere. Headphones recommended for high quality experience!
• Color blind compatibility and haptic feedback.

The game in itself is well thought and entertaining. Congratulations on that. But the ads are way too frequent. In well made apps/games, ads are there in exchange of something that you ask (hints, more power, loot boxes, etc etc). But here, you're rewarded after each level won... by an ad. Really? If it was after five or six levels, why not but each levels? That puts me off so much

Once again, an extremely stimulating and fascinating game concept by this development team! Definately a fun experience, when you are actually playing. My largest concern is the amount of forced 30 second ads that come after every single level (every second or third if you're lucky). I definately understand and sympathise with content creators who need to use ads as a means for extra funding. However, I personally feel like there has to be a limit on how often ads appear on this app, or at least the usual 'close after 5 seconds' option. I haven't made much progress in the game, only the first 10 or so levels - however I am consistently noticing that I am spending more time watching ads than actually enjoying the game. As a player, this is rather demotivating to experience. I'm sure a team as creative and innovative as you all could come up with a better alternative than forced 30 second ads that really just drain user experience. Thank you again for the excellent game, and I hope future games will have a slight change in the ads displayed! (Activating level hints for an ad is definitely a step in the right direction!)

Awesome concept! and very addictive. I love how the level of progression throughout the game is a very smooth transition and the way the way the game handles is also very nice. Not many glitches, except for levels won't let me move on after completion. I have to close and open the game again to open the next level. A mild annoyance and slightly inconvenient. Still a beautifully designed game.

I have to say, this little guy is a plesent surprise. Relaxed. No time limit. Challenging, but not frustratingly so. Pieces differentiated by both color and look. Solid game for offline play. Controls like butter. I think my only notes to add is that there are occasional flashes (be safe!), the menu needs a little refining (it's a little hard to find and a little hard to navigate due to button labeling and size), and I wish there were more menu options (like turn off vibration or flashing light)

A very fun indie game. I recently got to know about Infinity Games. My first game was Infinity Loop. It was really fun. Then I started playing Decipher and it was almost as amazing as Infinity Loop. These devs clearly know what they're doing. And when I figured out it was only 2, I thought "OMG". The only thing I don't like is that I have to manually turn the rings around. I was comfortable with tapping only once in the screen for it to move. Overall it's a great game and I loved graphics!

The puzzles and everything in this game are GREAT. Really fun. Challenging enough to make me use hints occasionally, but not so opaque that I ever ran out. That isn't enough, however, to override the fact that it loses my progress! Five or six times now, I open the app and find that I'm 5, 10, even like 50 puzzles behind the point I had previously reached! At first I thought it might've been a bad shutdown of the app, but no. It just... forgets! I can't stand that.

As of this review, I'd easily offer that the game has a great concept and game play seems smooth and... for a odd use of the word... "elegant". I'd also like the ability to change the color scheme. The orange as a backdrop clashes with the overall "feeling" of the game. I'd expect a color with more soothing, tranquil qualities. Perhaps the ability to enable a dark theme?

Simple to understand, not too challenging, atmosphere (sound, music, visuals) are nice Options to disable hint popups and notifications would be appreciated, as well as more integration with Google Play Games (eg. achievements) Having a proper "home" screen, with access to the settings (in list format, rather than just images), would be good. I don't always want to have to dive into a level to change the volume

There's nothing wrong with this game that can't be fixed but some of the issues that I have are just UX issues, it seems difficult to navigate between levels and the back button seems to just want you to only quit the app basically some simple design axioms are not quite there but otherwise a very exciting game. I'm very happy that this game is what it is and look forward to playing many more levels.

Great concept and atmosphere, but the CONTROLS are bad. To select the ring you want, you need to directly press it. To rotate it, you need to actually rotate your finger all around to fit these really small holes to their place. Anyone whose fingers are slightly big, or who shiver a lot would have hard tines playing this game, taking account that I do, and I'm neither of these two. You could give us the choice of having an alternate interface easier to manipulate or something like that.

Unique puzzler (from my experience) and great controls but often feels like about only 25% are challenging. I wouldn't say the remaining are trivial but maybe half don't require much "noodling".. a lot of varitions on a theme. Nevertheless I enjoy it for now (on#125) and several have presented a serious challenge! I'm sure it will get even harder so I'm gonna keep forging ahead.

I'm liking this one too. One criticism would be with the sound that is made when a level is complete. It's very sharp on the ears especially when you are trying to relax. I like to play as I'm laying in bed but I keep getting a jolt when the sound goes off... I suppose I could turn off the sound but then I feel like I'm not drawn into the essence of the game. However another great app! 👊🙂

This is a fantastic hypercasual puzzle game with great soothing atmospheric music in the background. My only complaint is there isn't an optional menu that I can find to selectively silence the music, the sound effects, or both in the event that I'm listening to an audiobook or music myself. Otherwise it's awesome!

This game has such a great concept, but some poor design makes the gameplay extremely infuriating. When you release a circle, sometimes it likes to teleport to a different rotation, making it impossible to try to solve a level in a certain way. It seems like this is sometimes due to the game trying to "help" you by snapping to a rotation that is correct for other circles. Specifically on level 69, it is impossible to try to solve the lower left circles first due to this.

It's a very fun puzzle game. It's very different then most of the puzzle games I have played. It is a ton of fun. The only quirk I have with it and the reason for knocking off a star is that I've noticed that the game glitches where the "ring" gets stuck in place and it locks up the entire game where back and any touch responses to the game do not work and the only way to fix it is to completely restart the game by closing it via the app window which is annoying but the game itself is fun.

Novel mechanic with interesting variations, gets pleasantly elaborate, chill music, no timers or scoring - very relaxing. While it does nag fairly early about a review, which I often dock a few stars for on principle, it saves face by not presuming a five-star rating and by offering a "maybe later" option. Seems well worth a few bucks to unlock more levels and remove the ads (which are admittedly very frequent otherwise).

The game is very minimalist and the music really matches the gameplay. It's a puzzle app where people get to be relaxed while playing the game and it really gets you to think about which one should I move, what happens when this one was changed. It's really awesome. Amazing game.

"Isaac took 3 days to reach level 50!" the ad says. Well I have no idea who Isaac is, but it took me about 10 minutes to reach level 50. This is one of those "puzzle" games where the puzzles are all tediously easy: most take only a few seconds to complete. The graphics and sound are gorgeous... I just wish the puzzles were designed to provide some actual challenge. There's no satisfaction in completing such simple tasks.

Beautiful, interesting....Almost perfect, just tell me how to turn off the music, the game is so relaxing but I'd like to hear my own music as I play. Not all cellphone can isolate the sound on apps running simultaneously. Thank you!!!.

I like this game. A good addition to the company's collection. The only issue i have seen so far is on some of the levels, part of the puzzle is off screen and I have a hard time moving circles at the top. If there is a way to reduce the game to fit the screen, I cannot find it. After the update: Thank you for replying and fixing the issue with the game. Works great now and I love it.

Mig. F. Feb 15, 2020

The game's pretty fun, but the "save" feature is completely broken. Often times, I leave the app and when I come back in, the game only saved over 20 levels before when I actually stopped, forcing me to complete those all over again. Please fix this bug, otherwise I can't rate this game higher

Lovely game and music. So relaxing! The performance and art style leaves something to be desired, as well as the background in general. But it's free who am I to complain about this? Thanks for great work dev! And a hint to you is that I only came here to comment because you asked so nicely in the dialogue box. If not I wouldn't have bothered to rate and comment really(98% of the time I don't for other games)! 🥰

Tried on two devices. With Samsung tablet, top of puzzles cut off. With Samsung galaxy s8, app freezes after ad plays. I want to like this app. The puzzles are the type of thing that keep my interest. But I couldn't get very far, since these issues make the game unplayable.

Infinity Games does it again! This team of developers knows just the right amounts of puzzle and fun to add to a game to make it so easy to come back to and play. Controls and game play are easy, intuitive, and quick to pick up. I love playing this casual puzzler!

The gameplay was good until I reached level 98 and had to resort to watch an ad to get a hint to clear the level. But despite strong connectivity, 'something went wrong' message was displayed. I decided to be patient for a few days but the problem still persisted and there was no update so i had to uninstall the app.
