Informative and user friendly app. Still using it for further training. Lots of resources to learn from. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about there career choices.
It's excellent overall but the only thing that sucks is I can't get into my app now it's saying wrong password but it's the right password I don't understand what wrong I can't get into my employee app and request my days off for work if I can't get into my app plus I can't access my schedule neither if I can't get into my app so can y'all fix that plse
Horrible app for FOH especially after using the so convenient hot schedules. You can't see who else works, which is important!!!! No feature to message staff. You can't request TO work, and I'm sure there are more issues too!
My work just switched to this from Hot Schedules. Biggest complaint; no notifications! Hot Schedules would send an email when new schedules or any shift trade requests were posted, you could also view who would be available to trade and allow you to directly message them. Employee Central is as bare bones as it can be. Yes it will show you your schedule and take schedule requests but there are much better apps to choose from
Does the job. It frequently requires me to log back in which is a pain. It's a little confusing in the beginning to understand the requesting off part so I mostly to just request off the whole day. Haven't found a way to sync the schedule to my calendar which I would like
This app literally sucks and I'm so sad that my boss decided to use it because I have so many problems with it..the app constantly logs me out and wont let me log back in, I've had to change my password multiple time because it wont let me log in and now I dont even receive the emails to change my password. This app is literally garbage
Decent app for keeping up with your schedule and picking up shifts. Just wish there was a way to post days that you're available to pick up/swap shifts.
Garbage. Never lets me login, so I constantly have to ask my managers for my schedule. even after resetting my password DOZENS of times. There's no website, so I cant check my schedule on my computer. They never respond to support emails from me about my issues logging in either. If you plan on using this app for scheduling, do your employees a favor, make a google doc, and print it out instead.
I can't login. Try to reset password thinking that is the problem. Saya it's sending a link but it doesn't. Need my schedule. Count on this to work.
Just switch over from when I work app and this feels like a total downgrade from what we had. Dosen't show what position we're on only the time, no one like that.
This app will not let me reset my password!! I've waited for three days to get a message about resetting my password and this app did not send it!
It randomly logged me out. And now I can't l Iog back in. I've requested to change my password NUMEROUS times, but it won't send me the email OR the text. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!

I really can't stand this app sometimes but now it's really irritating me. It won't let me log in and when I try to change my password, it doesn't send the text or email. My entire week is filled up with work and I can't even check what time for. That and the none existent notifications are killing me. I'm glad I get to delete this app soon..
No notifications for messages or schedule. Desktop and mobile apps are not the same and cannot interchange messages and content between the two. Broadcasts block view and cannot be dismissed on certain phones. ** Update 5/15/22 Still no notifications or alerts and now I cannot message multiple members of my employment at the same time. Not sure why group messaging is broken when it worked prior.
