By the way, I paid for DeckPass Plus! DeckPass Plus used to provide live scoring of USA meets. With the latest Android update almost 3 months ago, this app no longer functions. I have emailed with tech support multiple time with no resolution! An update to the app is long overdue!
This app will not even open after most recent Android update. I have been waiting for the developer to resolve the issue for months now and nothing has happened. It is ridiculous that this has not been fixed yet as it is a crucial and necessary app for coaches to be able to verify their credentials on Deck at a swim meet. Please fix!!!!!
Dont bother unless they update this 5 year old app. Hasnt been updated since 2014 and it shows. Wont open on any newer version of Android. They are aware of the issue as I emailed them and got a reply, but evidently they don't care.
I have used this app for several years through different phones. All of the sudden, the app doesn't work on a Google Pixel 2 phone. No explanation or resolution.
Hasn't been updated in FOUR years. Does not work with Android 9. Purchased PLUS version and it doesn't work either. Other parents with iOS are fine. Thanks USAA swimming. POS.
I cannot find a single positive review for this app since 2017. That should tell you something. The app will not open. It closes and crashes immediately. This has been going on for awhile and needs to be fixed ASAP otherwise it's useless. Coaches and officials depend on this to prove their credentials at events.
Well overdue for updates. This app is not astheticly pleasing but does provide the necessary info. 3 stars for function and if the UI is fixed up or could easily get 5 stars.
this app hasn't been updated in over 4 years. it crashes as soon as it is opened under Android 9.0. please modernize and deliver an app that works.
Failed. Needed to show my credentials for a meet last weekend. App would not open. Needs to be updated. I have sent 2 emails and got no reply.
*UPDATE* 1/26/2019 App still not compatible with newest version of Android! App does NOT work with Android 9.0. App has not been updated since 2014! The iOS app was updated in 2017, why hasn't the Android app been updated? Not everyone uses an Apple device!
If zero stars was an option I would choose it for this app that does not work. I would advise anyone who needs this app to find another way to use that same details as this app will NOT work for your phone. And for the Developers who continually neglect their duty for the app and the community who relies on it, shame on you for that.
Used to be great, but doesn't work with Android Pie (9.0), so it's useless if actually keep your mobile device updated.
This app no longer works with the latest Android OS. This is awful that you haven't updated this yet. You need to keep up with the latest operating systems.
Trying to use this app to text my son's swimming and it says it needs an update, no update to be found. It works on his phone but not on my Pixel, so disappointed.

The app is horrible on Android. iPhone it was great. On Android the force closes make it unusuable. I have a Pixel 2.
clunky interface at all levels, you might find what you need but it won't be easy.
doesn't work with the current release of Android (Pie 9.0). if you own a phone sold after August 6, 2018 it won't work.
USA swimming hasn't updated this in 4 years and now it doesn't work with latest version of Android. What a joke.
I guess all the dues all the swimmers and coaches pay a year isn't enough to hire a dev to maintain / update the app. Maybe they're too busy ignoring abusers...
This App needs to be updated to work with Android 9. I paid for this App and now it doesn't work.
The app is not up to date and can't be installed on current Android release. I guess they are too busy molesting kids to fix it.

No more live results. So much fir paying for the premium features. The app is now free for everyone and that's nice but when you don't have live results, the app is essentially useless. This applies to both versions of Deck Pass currently available on Google Play.
