Expenses are bundled into expense reports which can be submitted at any point. Hereby employees have real-time insight into the status of the expense report.

The tax retention term is 7 years. However, we store expenses for 10 years. Our infrastructure is implemented in such a way that there is no single point of failure. Moreover, every 4 hours an automatic back-up copy is set aside in a separate data center.

now the camera blurrs out every photo I take through the app. preview is clear, after the "ai" cropping it breaks. switching to manual does t help. this app has one job and fails at it spectacularly. old issues: Network operation failed, try again later. Horrible app. Lost money because of how bad this app is. Deletes stuff. Crashes. UX is a joke. Doesn't work at all with Android 10
There's quite a lot of user interface issues. 1) The app should remember the last country and last currency that I created an expense record for. Selecting those values from a list over and over again is VERY time consuming. 2) I can't enter a VAT value. When clicking the vat value field I get a dialog showing 2 options. None and Multiple. None does nothing and leaves the value at 0. Multiple opens a new screen with a title "MultipleVatList" but no contents. Just a blank screen. If there's a valid reason that I can't enter these values then there should be a clear explanation. 3) Localisation of decimals doesn't apply.. 4) Frequently I can't save an expense due to an error re. VAT. Sometimes it works after a retry, sometimes it doesn't. Almost makes me think it's a server error that's reporting the wrong message in the app. The mobile app has the potential to make Declaree really useful for on the road, but its execution is rather poor. I'm sorry to be so negative, but I believe it's best to report this kind of experiences and not soften the message.
Awful app. Constantly loses expenses even when it says they're saved. Claims you can throw away your receipts and that they have methods to prevent data loss. Both are erroneous statements. I submitted five expenses today and I only have one left in the app. The other four...gone. So I'm out of pocket >€50. I like to do my expenses as I get them then throw away the receipts. No more. I've used lots of expense apps and this one is by far the worst. Absolute garbage.
Worse App ever. Login issues with lots of passwords resets. Some of the functions not avail! Can't select categories. Some stations not there. Lots of improvement is needed
I am forced to use it. But it isn't really good. the functionality is easy but signing in is terrible!
Simple, easy to use ,but still makes life easier
It doesn't work in Android 8.0
Can't even login while it works on web. Gives 'system error' and then keeps in constant loading state. Update: That was resolved indeed. But now it keeps saying "Network operation failed, please try again" while I correctly logged in via my company portal. So it doesn't sync my report now..
Cannot open new reports in the app, need to go the web based application to do so.
Nice app, easy to use - it would be nice for scanning to work on Android like it does on iOS, right now you can only take pictures of receipts with no option to edit.
Problem solved! Thanks for the reply. (I can't seem to add an expense as it tells me to add a country and there is no country field... No idea what to do as I cannot record anything. Please help.)

Both the forgot password and sign up buttons don't work, as i dropped my other phone in the toilet and need to round up taxes today, this is kind of a set back
Thank God I got this application for my expense management. It's good and trustworthy as data is secure. Hope to join beta program also if there is any.
Using it since four months and seems good. Frequent updates are nice To fix bugs. Hope to see new updates soon
Useful application
The app works pretty good with some bugs here and there but my problem is with the fact that is not converting correctly the value. I just notice this now but i am using the app for a long time. For example i had a gas bill of 94.9 CAD and it said that it has the value of 65 euros. But when i look on Google it actually is 70 euros. So i am losing 5 euros in this case because the app doesn't convert the value correctly. From my card it was also taken 70 euros. My reimbursement is only 65. Fix it!
