Decurse – A New Magic Farming Game

I love this game when it works. I have to keep signing in because it says connection error after 5 minutes or less of being on it. I've spent alot of money on it, you don't have to though..I just like getting more decor and stuff. Im hoping they can fix it soon. I was on level 100 in my other account and wanted to start a new one. Now I can't get back to my older one. 😒 I would've stayed with that one, but I had the same problem with connection error. I'm gonna try this game a few more days

4/28/2022: game won't even load now. Crashes on startup. I'm very sad. I loved this game :( 7/20/2020: The game crashes frequently, usually causing me to lose the last few actions Ive taken.. please fix this so I can give you 5 ⭐ again! Otherwise, Easy controls, lots to do but not too complex, I love the art, fun stories and well balanced! It would be nice if there was a way to leave notes for friends who aren't in your club though.

Still not fixed??? If I could give 0 stars because of this I would. Please fix the "internet connection lost" issue. 3 times in 5 minutes. Ridiculous. Big Fish games are becoming horrible to play. It happens constantly and is extremely inconvenient and annoying. Love the game. Great graphics. Although sometimes tasks take much longer than the time allowed. Not everyone can play 24/7.

I love this game but I'm fed up with all the problems and fed up with nothing being done about it. The issues are not caused through my internet it's technical issues. Twice now I have installed and reinstalled the game and both times it's taken me from level 91 to level 90. It also changes the levels on things like challenges. Sick of this and seriously thinking of not playing anymore. Sick of repeating things I have already done.

I've been playing this game for a few years now, ever since Paradise Bay got deleted, as a replacement, but the last few months I keep getting connection lost notifications and it never reconnects. I use wifi, data, nothing I've tried works. It's extremely frustrating as I can't really get anything done in the game! Please fix this!

Update : This game hasn't been updated since Sept 2020 that's why it's so glitchy. I am sad/glad to see I'm not the only one having the connection problem with the game. I've contacted the developers numerous times and they tell me to try the same solution knowing that it won't resolve anything. I uninstalled and re installed with the same problem.. Also lose progress that has to be done all over again. I spend money playing this game. I won't anymore if it doesn't get fixed. #disappointed

The connection issue is still not resolved. Although it's extremely annoying that it happens a few times every min, I've kept playing. I have progressed so far (and spent my own money) I didn't want to just give up. But now I have a main character stuck behind a building in Panda Island and without her I can no longer progress in Panda Island. I've been going back and forth for weeks with the developers and there's nothing they can do about it. Sweet! I will be uninstalling and not coming back.

I really loved this game & spent quite a bit of money & it is so glitchy that I can't play it anymore. The constant connection pop ups, inability to help friends, visit other players or participate in trade or holidays makes it unplayable. I've failed all the events because nothing is working. It's pretty much stealing our money when BigFish isn't supporting tech or upgrades. Google needs to remove them from the play store. Shameful!

Great game to play. I don't however like the fact that you can only use diamonds to open the gift to get the wand to finish the miniatures. To make certain items ( eg gold bars you need to make it the mine then you need to form it into a gold bar in the other machine then you need to use it in the jewellery machine to get the end jewellery product. the time periods are also too long that it spends in the 3 differrent places to make .......so frustrating) please relook that process.

Its an adorable game, much like CastleStory (very old game, but I played it for years and loved it.) but sadly anytime your game freeze (as it did when I tried adding a player code) or crashes, a large percentage of your progress gets reset and its very frustrating. you don't really lose anything but time, but isn't that the main thing you're spending? I will be happy to change this to a 5 Star rating as soon as this issue is fixed.

Addictive, cute and colorful. Great for kids and fun for all ages! Wonderful graphics and could be totally awesome. There's just one major problem.... The slow timers on refills become boring! Speed it up ALOT guys! Then it will be a perfect 5 stars! DEVS: Check out other reviews. They're saying the same! I spent a little money to speed things up, then got annoyed enough to play it less frequently! I'd rather buy new experiences, than that! Otherwise, great game!

I want to like this game so badly. It's colourful and the art style is nice, but the slow paced gameplay is even too slow for me. You have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for things be crafted and for people and places to decurse. your inventory space is so limited, even with upgrades which are few and far between. a fun game if you're willing to wait, but I wish there was a faster way to do things without wasting gems. Looking forward to improvements though.

I really like the concept but it's broken for me. After starting the game and playing the beginning when I go out of the app and reopen it, it no longer displays the things in my island. I don't have the original buildings or walls, cursed areas, purchased buildings, and decorations. It first happened when I connected my account to Facebook but after disconnecting it, uninstalling and reinstalling, and clearing the cache the problem still persists.

I love this game. The creativity is fantastic. I just feel some things could be different. One of them being the cost of decorations-does the price have to go up after each one I purchase? Especially when they vost diamonds. Two.. this quest the easter egg hunt. Lots of fun... but the prizes were not worth it. More items would have been great. I think the fountain you have for sale would have been a better top prize. I want to do more with my land but not if I have to pay for all the nice items.

I started playing this game to earn rewards on another game and enjoyed it so kept playing. It is enjoyable to play, trying to keep on top of orders etc but there are 2 issues with it. 1. It keeps crashing repeatedly and restarting my phone. No other game I have does this and it is ruining my experience. 2. It takes a long time to earn in game currency to be able to buy new machinery with very limited options to earn extra coins needed to buy them.

It's definitely a magic farming game- graphics are very quaint and fairytale like, and it has a few unique elements, ads aren't annoying, but actual game progress is extremely slow compared to some other games like this, and premium currency isn't thrown at you much. There are few things to do while you wait for slow machines, so you may find yourself having to visit numerous times a day to get anything done. Worth a play, but a little lacking.

This is so hard to recommend. I found it tremendously compelling and played through to level 50, the end of the game when I played. It demanded plenty of my time and I was happy to give it. Yet, frustration abounds, primarily with the central loop of storing items. Storage always feels about twent items too small. Lack of real gameplay challenge is an issue although crafting your own little pretty island is enormously satisfying. I want to love it, but I don't. Real money doesn't go very far.

I really liked playing the game but am finding it difficult to get anywhere. You can only create so much magic potion at a time, but they want you to use it to use for several challenges at once: decurse areas and to fix the tower, excetera excetera. There's never enough to do everything that needs to be done. Also, I need to join a Clubhouse to do a bunch of stuff. I've sent out requests to just about everyone that they give me on the list and have not been approved for anyting.

This game is fun, but it has some major flaws. I installed it to distract myself from stress & I think it would be better if it wasn't as frustrating. My least favorite part is that it doesn't wait for you to be able to produce certain items before those items are required to complete orders. I've played multiple times a day over the course of over a week & it has reset my day count twice for no reason. The time limits for some events are so short, & orders take too long to fill, it's stressful.

Frustrating. I started out reaaly enjoying it, until the Wizard's tower. Spent lots of time fixing several rooms only to have it run out of time and start the rebuild again. While you're doing that, of course, you can't decurse any other areas because it comsumes all your magic! I pulled the plug on the game last night when it continually told me i had no internet. I won't be back.

Fun story and excellent customer service! UPDATED: After playing for months, I STILL give this game full stars. Customer service is still excellent, and the game play is still engaging. As you level up, they managed to add in enough extra goals to keep it fresh, while still holding to the basic game format that got you hooked in the first place. Although I have spent some $ on this, it is NOT necessary in order to keep up. A great addiction! lol

I love this game! Graphics are pretty. Easy and fun to play. I wish could move the buildings. Also when looking at ppl who need help would be great if ones that only were shown to us were ones we can help instead of clicking through everyone. The workshops get expensive as level, wish didn't jump in price so much. Also decorations prices up after every buy which is frustrating. But this is a GREAT game!! Frankly only game I play.

One of the best farming game I've played, but it takes forever to get "magic," especially when you have four or so different things asking for it. Some items take a really long time to get, and it's difficult to get coins, but otherwise very fun. I'm only slightly addicted, and barely frustrated (which is good.) The one thing I don't like is that some of the fountains you can only buy with coins. It would also be nice to be able to back up my game play with something other than Facebook.

I would love to love this game. However, its very hard to because of the "freemium" qualities. It's like any old farming game, with one added feature: magic that's used to decurse everything. I've been playing this game for about a month. There is a huge issue though: I level up to unlock these new things, but i have nowhere near the required gold to buy them. The board reauests require these new things so I have very little options of making money. It's an endless cycle and I'm done with it.
