I had a bad experience at thr restaurant, that's why i wanted to install the app to send a private review, after installation the app isn't working and i can't finish doing the profile. Long stroy short, you lost a customer.
Application keep freezing when everyday i open, I ordered food I waited stupid 3 hours to get, No one call me and No come at my place. I WAITED BECAUSE IF I ORDER OTHER RESTAURANTS I GET FOOD BUT MAY YOU CAME MY PLACE THAT'S WHY I DIDN'T ORDER IT, this App is 0 rated to 10 rated Worst Restaurants App Ever Should added phone numbers on app will be Much better than ordering and waiting to get call.

I was on citymall branch and i have been waiting with my family about 30 min to have my order on table. & the waiter bring the drink after we finished our lunch. Very bad service . Very nice food.

Very user friendly and easy to use. Saves me the hassle to call for food. Works perfectly from home and the office ;)
Scan and play doesn't work at all i tried it many time with my phone and my friend phone and the waiter helped us too and nothing worked at all !
I referred my friend to the app and they inputted the referral code yet i didn't receive any notification or voucher even though it said it would happen.

Lately the app is unusable. It happened to me twice now that I complete an order only to find out later on that the order is not reaching Deek Duke. The 1st time it reached the center after 45 mins and the 2nd time it didn't go through at all. I had to call to followup and the person in charge the 2nd time kept insisting that I might have used Zomato to order and not this app which is not true. Anyway, I wished I had used Zomato app as it is 100% reliable.
