Deek's Pizza

Needs to be more user friendly. I have a coupon $5 GIFT CARD but no number on it and it leaves me no choice except for to not enter it and then make the driver figure it out later. Also tried to call and make the order so everyone was straight and things go smoothly but they said that with this certain certain code or coupon I have to order online so no matter what I am running into some into some issues.

Somewhat Laggy. Also when I tried to use a coupon for a 5$ gift card and split the payment, when I Input the amount for the credit card amount, it keeps telling me the amount entered needed to be between 1-10$ when the total required for split payment was over 16$. Not sure why but no gift card was used this time. Thanks for trying though.

App is good, no pointless ads, easy to maneuver through. If you are aiming for a 1 topping pizza, you have to select cheese and then add toppings, that could have been a bit more clear.

It's very laggy. You cannot not edit once you've hit check out, so you have to restart the entire order process. The images are also grainy. The screen ratio is also off so it just looks badly put together.

I get several emails with promo codes but there isn't a place to enter them on either online orders or the app. Multiple times I have tried but have still ordered and paid full price since the pizza is one of my favorites. I hope this gets resolved or perhaps my app download may get uninstalled.

So its definitely a great app, it gets everything done the way I want it and its easy to use, my only issue is signing in. I have my google linked to it, but if I tru to auto sign in the app crashes. Like, i can sign in and all but it's only if I manually type it, which overall isnt too big a deal but yesh its totally great!

The Deeks app has come a long way from when i first started using it. Its become more refined and easier to navigate. Plus the staff is always friendly and chill whether I'm picking up or they deliver.

Below average. I received a promotional code. I had already entered the food before entering the code; that did not work. I had to clear everything, enter the code, then select my food. That's convenient: unless I didn't try to enter the code until checkout (which is supposed to work?) Why does adding the code at checkout do nothing? Bad design. Btw, entering my user name and password in a browser didn't work. Not a good user experience.

Decent app to use, but service was absolutely terrible. My food was burnt and I called and asked if there was anything they can do. And the manager said "well you can send us a picture of it, and look it's late and I wanna go home. So i can just comp you on your next order." Very terrible and never ordering from them again.

Easy to use but lacks a little finesse. No build-your-own section which would add a little flair. Nice and easy to use though! But it took a long time to process my credit card and did not credit my gift card at all.

The pizza is great! The app is a bit janky, sometimes the pictures are incorrect, and item descriptions are wrong. But overall it works.

When using an offer its very confusing on how credits are given. If ordering a bundle for $19.99 it would be nice to see it charged $19.99 versus showing original price and then seeing a credit.

Easy to use if you do it fast. If your screen falls asleep mid-order, everything will clear and you'll have to start over.

It would be nice to add a save card option to the U.I. when making a payment for an order. Otherwise it's very user friendly.

Used to be able to use it, now hunger rush app works the same as spicy pie, won't recognize 1/2 streets or avenues and says I'm out of delivery area.

It's great, I just wish there was an option to choose the water instead of a soda for the deals with 2ltr, but it doesn't recognize it when selecting sizes.

could be better, could be worse. would like to be able to order for later times. put in a order at 11am to be picked up at 4pm. pretty decent app overall.

Great easy to use and let's you do split payments! It doesn't have a place for tipping your driver though.

Needs more detail when customizing pizzas like for instance; being able to make changes to the sauce would be nice option to have or at least a discription of what kind/amount you're getting on it.

What a god awful app. I cant enter the expiration date for my card. It just says the current date no matter what. Also, why cant you have a build your own section? The coupons dont register at all, and theres no way to add a tip. I dont carry cash. Im just gonna use dominos

After you enter the cc info the app hides the submit button. Then loses the information you just entered. Very frustrating to keep having to re-enter info.

Easy to use and understand. Had a little trouble entering a second delivery address under my profile but otherwise nice app.

Pretty good once you get to know the ins and outs. Takes time to learn for begginers though, kinda difficult to understand

pretty good app. I say in a hotel when I order deeks and it doesnt let me change the room number without changing other things. other than that solid app

This is pointless. You can tell it's just the website. Instead of an "app", just make the website display well on mobile browsers (Chrome + Firefox on Android and Safari on iOS).

Wish it was just visually more appealing. A UI interaction group should really be done to improve your app.

This app works great! Easy to use and can get the total amount even after putting in coupon codes.

It works to order pizza. A bit lacking on the UI side of things, but it totally works.
