Hi all. I listen to Michael's 'Deep Sleep' mp3 regularly and I find it to be very effective. Even when I am stressed and worried that I won't be able to sleep...it works. I admit that on occasion I am inclined to 'decide' that the mp3 'will not work' because I am far 'too stressed' for anything to help. On these occasions
- the last thing I remember is Michael's voice and the soothing music
- the next thing I know
- the alarm clock is beeping and I have to get up for work! 10/10

* Great Program!

I've studied NLP and Ericksonian Hypnosis for over five years and used it extensively. Michael does an excellent job of incorporating the key principles of both in this program. As a guy, Michael's voice is perfectly fine to listen to in this context. I find that the program is perfect to fall asleep to, particularly for repeated use. I found it very nice that he didn't speak through the entire program because, well I was trying to fall asleep. The music is binaural which is very effective for slowing down brain activity in preparation for sleep. He could easily charge $10 or $20 for the program so definitely check it out and use it for a week straight (with headphones is best).
