Since the stack can be rolled, as long as you're willing to be the processor, it's Turing complete.
Exactly what was claimed. Numerical and powers basic calculator. Clear interface with decent sized keys for big fingers. Improvements? I'd find a storage facility useful and the drop key could be split for that.
