I find it useful for many purposes, like finding new ideas, thoughts, expressions, etc. New books from which certain paragraphs are used to explain, as said above, new ideas and thoughts. The cherry on top is the simple ability to making it a tad bit challenging by putting a reader's streak, and being a competitive person, I love it! Bit bummed bout' it not having updated material often, but hey, don't mind some sand falling down the glass. Would recommend for anyone who's into reading. ^^
It's a really good app actually. Have some parts that can be improved, but overall it's good. Too bad they increase the monthly subscription to more than 3 times the previous price. Cunning tactics: Got people interested first, then make them dependent on the app, then increase the price 3 times the previous price.
Such a treasure full of knowledge! Love it! Tons of ideas to feed my day. I previously made a review about praising this app being 100% free, but not anymore I guess. Now there's paid plan to unlock more features and add more stashes (which I usually do to categorize stuff.) Overall, the app is still great without the paid plan, but I probably need more stashes feature. Oh, they also removed one of useful feature for me, the Liked ideas feature. It was a neat feature to highlight ideas you love.
THANKYOU! This is better than expected...for the people who easily get disinterested...this app is heaven. It's not like it's addicting but it's so simple and effective that one can't resist it,neither can one overuse it. It contains ideas on personal growth and stuff and it actually works! Even I our busy schedule,we can take 2/3 minutes to read a few of the ideas and make it happen. It's too impactful and that's too great! Thank-you to the creators!!!!!
A very cool app. You can look up for ideas and thoughts on any topic of your liking and also from the books. And the streak feature challenges you and keeps you engaged with the app so that you can always learn something new and also spread you thoughts and knowledge for other people to read. Overall a great app👍🏻
Its good and has ideas from almost every genre and many books to explore. I like the way you can select how much time you can spend on the app it is helpful to us who dont want to be always sticking to our phones. All in all a great app to learn and understand ideas from the best books out there. I like it
Literally it's gravity is as high as of a social media app. And one of the main reason for it is because of it's UI/UX. Being a designer myself, I fall for their tricks even after being aware of it. For no reason I open this app, play around and exit it. Besides that it provides a great value of contents. Overall it's a great app and you must try it if you're looking for apps that give you snippets of information from self-help books.
It's been more than 2 months now that i have been using Deepstash regularly. I absolutely loved it. The concept is really great. I liked the seamless UI/UX and enjoy using the App.Only thing is, I have this issue that whenever I open up the App, the image of 'the book of the day' part is not updated with its image untill i close the app and open it again. I'm not sure if anyone else also faces this or it's just me.. Anyway, its a great app to use. :)) - Update - it is fixed.:))) Great App👍
I like how subject matter it's presented in short, concise blocks that seem to be made with those of us who are constantly moving in mind. I will read a block and chew on it while doing other things, grab another block and repeat. After a few hours I've worked mmt way through a subject and can move to another. Absorbing material like this allows me to contemplate the info so thoroughly that memory retention is very high. Sometimes I can put the info to the test practically right then and there.
This is great, but after every 2-3 mins of read I get interrupted by 'Well done' notifications, and that just ends up distracting me rather than motivating. If we could have an option that can disable that page/notification pop up, it would be great!
from the very beginning, I have been recommending this pretty app to my loved ones. Good collection of ideas and To the point content without any distractions makes it a good fellow to be with. But, now the pro version seems to be dissatisfying one. In the near future, we will hace to pay for it as it seems. If that happens, I'm gonna uninstall it which I don't want to.
Fairly useful, then suddenly very expensive and no more than fairly useful. The sudden increase from free to much more expensive than my paid but much more useftoo sudden. ul apps brings it from about 4.2 stars as a free app to me to 1 star at the current price. Not worth more than apps I use far more frequently. The money grab is too much, and too sudden. Would be 3.8 stars for a one time reasonable cost equal to a month and a half of the current price, or maybe 3.2 stars sub of 10-15%.
I have had this app for the better part of a year and even though not every suggestion is useful or a new lesson, every one offers a new perspective to things I have already learned and often reinforced the way I operate with a resurgence of confidence. There are a TON of gold nuggets all over from different people here. They say "great minds think alike." Well it's great to have so many in one place.
I find this app very useful which ease the experience of reading conclusions of books. One thing I would like to add in this app is to be more user friendly, with different categories of ideas/topics which can be searched.
One of the best apps I have come across in a long long time. But please bring back the little hearts with the sound on individual stashes. I miss them. They really used to motivate me to read and interact more. Thank you!
Good app to serve you bite-sized ideas about subjects you find interesting. Edit: the streak thing motivated me a lot but then I lost the streak and its inflexibility felt emotionally really bad.
It's a very good app. It was Great when it was free- but I understand- gotta pay bills. Usually very well-written stuff by professional stuff-writers. Always able to find something interesting and insightful to learn about and I like it.👍🏻
it's really bad form to ask for a review within the first five minutes of me using your app. I have no idea of I like it or not. Right now, I'm not liking all the interruptions, the flimsy platitudes, congratulating me in the middle of reading imposter syndrome is only inflating the problem and I get frustrated in the middle of it before I even read on how to get better thus frustrating me and make me want to walk away do you want people to get better this is the exact opposite solution.
This app is the best for people who like reading short summaries of books and articles. You can read it on the go whenever you want. The app's interface is also very user-friendly and appealing. Overall love the app.
In a world of constant content consumption, it becomes very important what are we consuming. This is my personal opinion that although social media keeps us together it also feeds us garbage content but this app is really good , I scroll through good ideas and stuff, Thank you for creating this app, it makes a difference 😀 😊
The idea of the app is nice, kind of similar to pinterest. But I wish the home page had more cards. Right now there seems to be 3 sections with a total oh 5 cards for me.
Application is great reading on different topics, it's like research papers but in pointers. easy to set up. great for everyone.
This app provides really a great way to look at and understand various concepts.I believe they still need to improve UI as we can't change font size or fonts as well cards look ugly in tiny fonts.
I really used to like this application. But recently they've introduced a Pro version, and charging for it. Now for reading several articles we are required to pay. Disappointed, as initially they increased the base users promising it to be free of cost.
Update: The app is no longer totally free. Understandable, but I am enjoying it less with all of the efforts to get me to upgrade. It's going as far as to lie to me about not having internet access (I absolutely do) but "Don't worry, if you upgrade, you can read offline!" (Yeah, sure.) Original: For a totally free app, it actually offers nice little nuggets of motivation and inspiration daily without getting repetitive or hokey. I like getting the notifications and that's saying a lot.
