dose not brother me when they do maintenance, this app works well for me
Easy to use
I still don't think the refresh is good for the users. Look at the 3.8 rating... Others agree. Another annoyance in this app is that it's so hard to pay the balance off an open credit account. Transferring funds doesn't help you know the current balance to pay off, but gives a standard $20, even if there is only twenty cents left to pay. I used to like the app, and I was #12 to download it originally.... But now I don't get what they are trying to accomplish.

Works great, they do schedule maintenance during the day but it doesn't effect me. That's why it gets a 5 star
Why do you do regularly scheduled maintenance, in the middle of the day? That makes no sense! Maintenance should be done over night, as it is inconvenient to try to look up info on your account, and you can't!
I've used this app for over a year with no issues. Does everything I need it to and feels secure.
I love the interface and the capabilities of this application. I've used a number of other banking apps, and this one is pretty good. The layers of validation that DVCU is using provide excellent security. I find the ability to transfer funds seamless and quick.
Good first attempt. Here a few suggestions: 1. The text on the blue categories is TOO light and cannot be read. Make it BLACK. 2. Make logon compatible with LastPass - OR - Better yet implement a PIN access. 3. Your "Show Username" is flaky. It doesn't work immediately. I had to keep pressing it three or four times before it finally showed me the username. 4. Provide an actual EXIT from the app. It goes to the welcome screen, but won't exit the app.
