Latest update is terrible. Quick view does not always work. Have to go in and close all apps and reopen the app to get it to work, since the update it has become extremely slow.
Like others have said not a great app to begin with but I was at least able to conduct my business. Will not let me log on even after uninstalling and reinstalling. So tired of it! On top of it the credit union at work doesn't even have a person anymore since covid and it's now almost July.
Unable to download new app. Just keeps putting me in an endless loop of trying to install this exact same app. Nothing fixes it.
This app freezes at least once a week. I have to delete it then download it again. It's good for a few days. Then it crashes again.
This is the best credit union/bank I have ever had. Their customer service reaches far above normal standards. Very pleased with this app. No troubles at all.
Can no longer use, gives error upon opening and closes. Should never have been rolled out.

Great banking app.. an option to let it auto logout and close would be nice

I can't get the new update to work at all. I installed from Play Store, and now it takes me to a page that's clunky and looks like it was developed by the lowest bidder you could find.
Good app. Seems like everything that used to be broken is now fixed.
App getting better over time. Still doesn't seem as smooth and modern as some other financial apps I've used.
The August 2019 update added several of the things I had been hoping for, including fingerprint login and enhancing the eDeposit features!
The edeposit feature is a joke! Before this last update it would take about 30 minutes to get the app to accept photos of the check. After the update I tried for just over an hour with no luck. So I got on my laptop to try the edeposit on your actual website and actually had an even more frustrating experience. So at the end of the 2 hour disaster I'm down a laptop and considering switching to a different bank.
The screen becomes grayed out and I cannot click on anything. There is no pattern to it. I can only hit the back button to back out of the app and restart. Very frustrating.
Love the bank HATE the app. I can no longer log it I keep getting a connection error have tried everything I know to fix. Before that it wasn't super user friendly to begin with. And since the bank is online only and I can't use my app. I will just have to settle for checking it at work,.or at my mother's since I don't currently own a computer.
