I v enthusiastically forwarded the app link to over 500 contacts and tried to register myself. But have failed to log in get msg if failed password. Password sent on email doesnt work. Cant set up another account. . Ideally reset password should come to the mobile number instead of an email. The app may have issues.. but the intention is great and i wish to support it.

Why do we even need to provide mobile no and do the whole sign up process since you say there are no documents being submitted and it's just an app for individual informative purpose... In these indecent times i don't feel comfortable even sharing my name..!!. And you say that no private data is stored on your servers then i guess app shouldn't need internet access...

Sir, unable to loggin your app for last two days, everytime your app saying "password is wrong, click on forgot password to reset" now more interesting after resetting password the problem remain same ... Correct the issue as soon as possible. Solution is : remove user name and add mobile number so public easily loggin to your app

In the 'Info' tab under Family Tree section, it says that currently the citizenship status would not be shown. Can you please let us know why this isn't being shown and when this functionality will be restored?

I have downloaded App and registered too, but whenever I try login getting an error message " server is busy", even early morning around 6 AM. How can be server busy early in the morning? Is this app is really works just created to collect people Mobile Number?

Waste of time, try to login this app for the last two days tried to login each and every time shows "server error try after some time" error message. contacted app developer he said try often. 😁😁😁

Many people usually have spelling mistakes in their documents. We can get it rectify in the documents like adhar card, passport, pancard but it is difficult to do it in birth certificate. They do not allow to the correction then what is the solution to it??

My registration is successfully done. Entered correct password and shown as wrong password. I went for forgot password then i received reset password by sms on registered number. I used it for log in and still shown aa wrong password. Same thing happened 3 times. I am unable to log in successfully.

App doesn't have any option to add either daughter in law or grand children . Same may kindly be provided to complete the family tree. Regards.

Hi Team, I have downloaded the app & also registered my self however I am not able to login as it's giving error "Server Busy try after sometime". I tried after sometime but again the same issue. Please sort out the this.

This is a fake app uninstall this app.. bcoz they are collecting the database of us to get the downloads.. after creating the account .. this s saying server is slow.. but by creating at that time it is working uh

Hi, i have registered successfully but while log in it says invalid user. I tried my mobile number and email id as username but didnot get through. And forget password option is also not working. Pls help get my login details.

I have 2 suggestions. 1. For me its showing documents pending for my 2 kids but showing citizenship for 1 kid. Umable to understand what documents are missing or corrections required. 2. There is no contact button where we can leave question or email within applications JazakAllah

It's asking the user name but it's not accepting neither name nor mobile number. Every one is getting the same problem so please explain how to use it properly.

Brother No doubt the is very good and Jazakallah for that but I am facing little difficulty in making tree diagram. I think when we insert our data I mean name of father, mother and then our own information, so I should have created the diagram by itself from the data but I don't know why I'm not getting that...

Also, can you let me know, how to select country while registering. Field of country is available, but drop down is not working.

Need to be clear about pending document. For example my son born 14 may 2019, have birth certificate and passport, when I prepare tree I am getting pending documents status. What is the exact reason I did not understand through this app..?

While entering details of people born after 2004 where both parents need to be citizens, you need to be more clear. Questions on Father's/Mother's name in his/her/your document needs to be explained more clearly. Overall good effort...hope this helps the masses.

I cannot register. The option for selecting country is not working. I tried many times please resolve it.

App is not working as it is not taking the Credentials, need some more updation plz do as soon as possible as it is very needfull to our country people

Hello,, technical team , I have downloaded the app , but when I'm going to login it showing try again and server busy, and I'm living out side of the country,,, can you help to fix it...

I hv registered my details but it's saying invalid user .. i think it's just fr collecting our contact nmbrs... Nothing else is wrkng in dis app.

When ever I login it says wrong password and asks me to use forgot password. I used it once received new password that also did mot work..

Awesome and very helful. If you have little knowledge of smartphone you can operate this app easily and help others.
