App could be designed better. Some of the options for the menu items have odd choices, like requiring you to choose a condiment for a sub, but one of the choices is no condiment, but then asking if you want light, normal, extra, 3x, or 4x for the no condiment. Also, the tip amount doesn't change after choosing one percentage and then choosing a different percentage.
I can't create a profile because it says that Google maps can't find the address, no matter what address I use. Many of the buttons are difficult or impossible to see. The interface is bad. That said, I was able to finally place an order as a guest. Their pizza is ok, but this app is awful.
works ok enough. had many issues at the start including having to allow the app permissions before being able to create my account. then it said i was outside the delivery area until after the 6th or 7th time i tried to place an order. after all those issues, ordering was a breeze and will use in the future.
Nice to finally be able to order online for card delivery. App is fast and functions similar to dominos and pizza hut, just no active tracking which is fine. They're almost always faster than the estimate in my experience.
Fairly easy to use, but ordering a "pre-set" pizza is confusing. Even though I was ordering a xlarge pepperoni pizza, I ended up somehow adding $2.50 worth of extra cheese. In the end I just built my own which was much easier.
It gets the job done. Needs more a little polish some of the options stay selected even after you pick something else. The only way to clear it is start over.
In store the topping removed and replaced aren't charged but app they are. Also app didn't allow to order half and half speciality pizza options without adding extra charges. When that is fixed then I will change to 5 out of 5 stars!
I'm giving this a 3 star because I think it could be a lot better. Explaining how many slices are in the pizzas or how many pieces are in breadstick orders and so on. I think it would also be nice if it showed your total while you order.
Makes placing an order SUPER easy and convenient. There's pictures of the food along with a description. It's very easy to navigate through. Well done! 😍
App works great, but I have coupon without a coupon code. I didn't see anywhere to add those. Other than that it works great. Easy to use!
This beats the other major pizza chain apps. Great design and interface. They even include pictures of each dish on the ordering dialog. Great app
Items on app could be more descriptive like show how many bread sticks come in a single order and how many slices are in each size of pizza. Other than that, this app isn't too bad.
Quick and easy. The option to save orders is a great idea. The updated UI is quick and clean. Great app.
Was very difficult to sign up. Never received confirmation email. Ended up ordering as a guest.
Very easy to order online and there's always a coupon or special. Very easy to choose what to add / remove from each item ordered.
First time user. Was really easy, even for me! Second time I really messed up my order. Was outside and couldn't see with the sun on the screen! Thought it said tap to add, said tap to remove!Got a Taco pizza with nothing but green pepper! Will order by phone next time!
Good, better than most places. Would like an option to save the card so you can reorder with ease.
I was very happy to find this app because I have terrible cell reception at home. I'm not going with 5 stars at this time due to the confusion the app caused me. This app could use some love.
The app is not user friendly. It works fine for some basic functions but not so well for others. The pizza is great, the app...not so much.
love their calzones their great!! the only reason I go to that place up on the hill is for $1.00 more the ingredients are almost twice as big. s o if I'm hungry I go up on the hill if not hungry I do DeFelice.
Easy to use after the first time. The first time it doesnt allow a order now feature. But once u get past that, your good to go.
It was easy and that had a favorite and one click.... Bam! We getting our order. Also we live literally walking distances from our defelice bros pizza. Thank you guys for what you do.
Everytime I had to go back. I would lose progress on my order. Other than that. Easy too use.
Many bug fixes. Couldn't order what I wanted after 13 tries. Definitely needs tweaked.
Food is amazing. Delivery time is almost always early or exactly as stated. Have never had a bad expierance.
App is great, but a little outdated. Should be able to save card for ordering.
No longer works in Android Pie. Closes immediately after starting the app. UPDATE :Now works fine in Android Pie.
Need just a few tweaks, but it's a pretty easy to use and navigable app.
App even splits payment if a few different people are pitching money in over all whole app is well thought out would be cool if they had an order tracker to let you know when they are close
The review wanted me to rate the app. So this review is only for the app, I haven't tried the food yet. The app is better than what they had before, but it could still use some improvements. Like, for the bread sticks. It only gives options of small, medium and party size. It however does not tell you how many pieces come in each size. Also, when you are in the cart viewing your order you don't have the option to edit your order without deleting and going back and redoing it.
