Note: Please be informed that with regard to pensioners drawing pension from banks we are dependent on banks for updated data.The present state of information with regard to banks other than SBI and PNB are erratic and deficient.In case you are experiencing a data deficit please write to us [at] [email protected] mentioning your bank name/branch and account number and name as in bank records.We are already in engagement with banks for updated data from time to time and the same shall be made available at the earliest.

Hi team, It is not updated after Oct 2021. So it has no special advantage. If every month is updated then OK. Now useless app.👮♂️🤔
This aap is is very complex for defense personal not at all user friendly and hard to understand for defense personal please make it easy and user friendly
Previous version of this app worked fine. But now after installing new version. Its not detecting account no and bank. Its showing no information for the entered account no.
At present months or the previous month's (ie after October 2021)no details about the position upto this month and error shows. So the present details and Statement of 2022 from January not updated and only showing error. Disappointed for the message from the SBI pension seva portal
Most useless app...most of the time it says records not available.. All details including date of birth is wrongly written... I request everyone to delete this app without wasting time on it.
No records are available after Oct 21 . It's always showing error remark. Please update the details.
It is nothing except a joke to the defence persons. It is not understood more than 90% comments are adverse, why this app is not being corrected. However the sole intention of the app was good but the quality is too poor. It ever shows to all account number that the pension details of this account no is not available.Please launch a good quality app or get it corrected for the welfare of all soldiers.
I got down loaded this app on Feb 2020. Initially I got irritated about the malfunctioning of this. Later on it became normal and smooth. Now I can get my pension details on the fingertips. Now I find this app very friendly and useful enough.
Nice app . Current position as on 17th, January 2021 reveals lot of improvement in updation of monthly payment details. However , Profile of the pensioner is not updated .While essential features eg. periodical revisions of the pension have been removed, the LATEST PPO, basic pension , Addl pens, last identification etc are not being shown .Mail on this subject remains unanswered. Again, updating of pension details from March 2022 onwards is stopped ( as on 9 April 2022 )
No records are being displayed after October 2021. Perhaps this App has lost its significance. Useless now.
Though the it is very useful for the pensioners to know the details pension received including deductions of every month. But the updating is taking more than few days after receiving the pension. Request for quick update of pension details,
What's the use if its not updated on monthly basis?? Please arrange update on regular basis. Last updated in October 2021.. Pathetic..
Very useful and fast contact. Only records be updated on current status and month. Now lagging 2 months. June & July 2021 not avaliable yet.
Recently, I downloaded the application but, When I entered bank account number and bank name I fail to open because it says that, the records are not available for this bank playing fix the issue or guide me.
App is very good but who care for ex-servicemen. Very old and incomplete data is reflected. No one is responsible for updation of data for esm no use of app unless updation of data is incomplete
App is not working at all .. even its fully updated.. not showing any record aftr oct 19 month.. just showing ' NO RECORDS FOUND'...plz resolve the problem.on priority.
Good. But I am not able to see the details of the last pension received i.e for the month of February. How much time after pension release the data is updated in this app??
App is not working properly. No updating is carried out.Ridiculous, please amend it or better take it off. Thanks, anyway.
Bad experience. It is showing error all time when I am trying to login my account. It is showing pension information is not available for the account you entered. Fix tha bug.
Very bad. Not responding always showing errors even after furnishing all the informations correctly.
The app shows error from a month. otherwise it is good to see the digital data of pensioners. Good app.
Baseless and useless. No data correct and updated. Do not download it's not providing any information.
Horrible and complicated. Repetitively same data/information asked. App is not clear in its options and version. Should narrate services clearly. How to submit life certificate on line duly attested by the bank.
