Defender is a fresh modern remake of the top rated classic arcade game DEFENDER. Playable after tuning. Needs the classic pixelized explosion that tears into the background imagery. Looking forward to improvements.
Its a shame because I really loved the arcade game.
I had to download just so I could comment, I will un install after. How can you call yourselves professional when in answer to a customers complaint, you insult him and call his phone crappy. All I can say is, I'm glad you don't work for me..!
First of all after 30seconds of playing I realized the ship was UN realistically controllable and after a min of playing I realized whenever my ship grazed the top of my screen it was unable to move down its a great concept but take more classes on game design
This was a nice distraction from the old school arcades! Thanks for taking the time to recreate this classic!

This is a newer take on the old Defenders found in local arcades. Cool graphics, decent game play, and a good mix between newer graphics and old school "Leveling up" style games.
Controls are to sensitive but an ok game in the hole

I played hundreds of hours and hundreds of dollars on the original in the 80s, this is very similar, very good. I would give it a 5 star IF the ship could be moved up and down with out it being so touchy about switching directions forward or back. The original game let you move up and down with out being so very touchy about changing directions. Please give it that functionality, or less sensitivity on forward and reverse direction changes. Thank you. Your "Dude from the 80s"
