Defense Witches

Okay this game is fun and the characters are super cute but whoever is managing this game needs to fix all the probelms its having. This is absolutely ridiculous. I feel like if you put a game into play, you should manage it properly with updates and such. Why make a game and not even put any effort into it?

I've returned to the game a few years later and I cant connect to the game.... I keep getting connection failure issues and I cant download the next stage. Please give it one last update so it can actually work :'(

can't "manage" account in game so many bugs when was this last checked? this was a fun game what happened to the company?

I've been playing for 7 years ones keep things game going & more perks & updates with more Crystal's & Orbs please.

Been playing it a lot since I was a kid and I am really fascinated by the game sadly it no longer have the game in full screen

its sad that stargate closed down and this game is all what its left after what happened to the 2nd one. it qas a fun game ngl we'll miss it

Game's great, as one would expect of TDs. This one's got a cute touch though, and is still enjoyable with its diverse selection of towers/witches to utilize. The only complaints I have are the distracting ads and the not-so generous amount of free gems players can obtain. Then again, the developers' got to eat too.

Sad to see this game go but I respect your decision thank you for 5 wonderful years this was the game that introduce me to the tower defense genre of games 4 years ago... The time was fun while it lasted lots of memories and good times with this game... I'll enjoy the little time left and I'll be looking forward to the sequal... Again Thankyou

Really cute characters and the manga visual novel style tutorial is pretty cute and funny. The game is challenging but not too much so, and is good for passing the time. Plenty of characters you can unlock just by playing the game, although there's characters you can buy if you're prepared to do that. Edit - There seems to be a bug in my game where world 3-1 won't load, I only get a blank screen. I can't progress in the game because of this which is kind of annoying.

I love this game, but mine keeps saying it can't connect to the server and now it wont install the download to go past world 1. I don't know what's going on and why it won't connect. It also just says it's "processing" the ID and Password so I have to start over if I uninstall and reinstall which I've done once already for this issue.

This game is fun. Down side is it doesn't bind with your account. Delete the app will also delete your progress, cash character included. Unless you can remember the password which will change every times you reinstall the app. For me, I already lost my account because I forgot my password. Good luck and don't forget your, guys.

Everything is nice, until world 3 where hint&manga isn't showing again. Feel kinda empty without sidestory... And im kinda have trouble how to use Daisy (super). But other than that everything is enjoyable, what's lack is attention on audiance and community. I hope this game will make it to the top someday...

I have loved this game for so long, and after years I'm finally downloading it again. For me it's really nostalgic because I used to play it so much, and it's just such a good game! I love the voices, the design and the gameplay. It's definitely one of if not my favorite tower defence games of all time. < 3

Let's face it- we've all played tower defense games before. Most of them that you'll find are either so fine tuned that you have to do a stage EXACTLY how they want you too, or so easy you can get away with not spending 1/2 the upgrade money they hand you. This tower defense has neither issue. You really NEED to spend all your money, at least for 75% of the stage, and how you arrange your witches matters, but you also have so many options for placement and tower type that it never feels stagnant.

Easy to learn, cute characters, and even cuter voice acting. It comes with bilingual voice, and the english voice is cutely charming with the japanese accent. Of course if you dont like it, you can switch to japanese voice. The gameplay is not bad either, basic grid Tower Defense with unit's specialties but with various customization. The story/stage tutorial also hilariously funny in manga format.

This game offers great graphics and impressive in game mode, however all you do is place your intricately designed witches and watch yourself to victory or a solemn rewind, worse yet restart. It's not like you read much on the witches considering they discontinue the engaging manga after around world 2-3, which was the sole purpose of even completing stages other than buying new witches just to complete them---a wasteless cycle that makes you wonder why you completed all those stats. This is because after a while, although it's a fun game for considering strategy, as you consider layout, strengths, weaknesses and efficiency you master the art of this game's ways and the game becomes more 'once in a while'. Don't get me wrong, up to world 7 I was deeply engaged but after I unlocked all the witches and I deemed the new witches in the market useless, I got tired of using my brain power on the intended free-witt game that now relied more on code and only special two way strategies for a perfect score, limiting your possibilities and creativeness.

A bit cute, but I've played better. Furthermore, once flying enemies come out, they fly over your squares, blocking placement of new units and upgrade of existing units. Enemies also move too fast. A 1/2-speed option or a pause option that does not block the screen would be nice for those of us with slower reflexes. After all, if I was fast, I'd be playing action or arcade games, not strategy games.

You can't edit the witches while pausing,& it doesn't show how many small waves are coming in 1 big wave,so it's very hard to fish for the "1 HP left" achievement.but when you're used to the game,it wouldn't matter anw

Really fun and interesting, even for just another tower defense game. For anime/manga fans it's especially entertaining, as there's a little manga for every chapter. However I don't know whether the girls say something or just make noises when you build/upgrade. It might just be me not knowing Japanese/English when I hear it in such a kawaii voice. Well made.

To all those wondering what's wrong with the game: Defense Witches' updates and server has been terminated over two years ago. This means no updates, no fixes, the shop is inaccessible even for gems earned via stages, and definitely no cloud saves. It was a good game with a permanent place in my heart, may we get a sequel some time in the future. ;-;

The game is quite nice. And i like manga so the graphic is lovable. And it is not heavy for my phone when other game will give me some lag here and there. It can be played unlimited (without limited energy/stamina like other game). And the very best thing is this game can be played offline.

I thought I'll give it a quick try. Now I'm hooked and can't stop playing. Some one help me . I love this simple and old school as hell little tower defence game it has what made old school games fun. Simple and easy to understand game play that's engaging and actually fun.
