Pretty much useless. What's the point of a mobile learning app if you can't access the content you saved. I try to be positive but this has no use to me and from all of the other similar unanswered comments similar to my experience, it seems it never will.
Useless app.. whenever we goes into the learning page it ask to change the password.. there is no option to change the password in app.ver useless design and bad customer experiance. Don't install this apl
Unable to login with corporate credentials. Never reply me with your usual customer script. "We're sorry for the inconvenience caused". If you guys have to do something with the bug, just do it or just lose customers and business. LinkedIn learning is far way better than this.
As a content aggregator, this app doesn't do well. The desktop version is fine, but the app doesn't have full functionality. Which defeats the purpose of learning anytime anywhere. I still use a lot of Google and do my readings outside of Degreed, because even the Search button in the app doesn't work! It also doesn't allow you to manually add the content you have consumed unlike in the desktop version.
What a horrible app. Corporate SSO user - I installed to get rid of the constant banner reminder to install the app. Once installed, it jumps back and forth between app and browser. Scrolling through courses, turned away for ~1 minute and it timed out. Turned back, scrolled a page and it flipped back to the browser, went through a series of logins and back to the app. Many of the courses and content open a browser anyway.. "view all>" doesn't load a grid with larger squares like you'd expect.
Corporate login not working. Asking to login multiple times for SSO.
Poor mobile experience, buggy n unreliable. 2 consistent issues: One, SSO sign-in is extremely unreliable & has some bug. Beats the whole purpose of using an app if corporate SSO sign-in isn't working. Happened at different times, before & after the latest update. Second, search function kind of logs me out on typing a search phrase. Again, very irritating. Stopped using & would think twice before reuse unless Ux improves drastically.
Many key features of this service are not available nor functional in the app. I find myself opening their website instead. There is little point to this app, don't waste the data nor space installing it. Unlike the website, I cannot use the app to add new learning content/milestones that I have achieved.
I must say this is one of the worse navigational website/app. I keep going in circles and can't figure out how to access the actual training content ...each time I accidentally end up finding the training videos but can't seem to repeat the process. Very frustrating using.
Fix the app soon please..... Signing off automatically whenever I wanted to search something and login window also need some work
Just installed the app for the first time to see content from my employer. After installation, i opened the app amd it asks for email but the keyboard doesnt pop up to put text in email text box. Could not continue with any next stepa
I give stars for interface and ease of navigation. I dock stars because I tap on entries in the pathway and nothing happens. It's unacceptable that such a basic thing isn't working.
This app does not have all the features of the website desk version. You can't upload any article, book, video nor podcast unless you have the URL, on the desk version all that information is already uploaded.
Usability needs improvement. On the bottom menu, touchs are not recognized properly. Sometimes the app freezes when loading content but does not show any indication it is working.
The back button does not work at all. Its hell difficult to close this app. The screen freezes and the only way is to manually kill the running app.
I am signed out of the app automatically everytime I try to search anything. please fix this.
Everything is in a webview or browser, nothing different from the desktop!
Unable to login after signing out, neither in app nor on website, it says incorrect email or password which is not possible as I'm using a password manager, even if I just assume that yes its incorrect password, I can't reset it as it doesn't send password reset email
Not able to login at all. Had changed password through my laptop,as I couldn't using the app, coz didn't receive the 'password change' email from them. Even after this, not able to login.. says "wrong credentials" 🤷♂️😤
I have just downloaded this app and it won't go further than the email screen. It's annoying because for 30 mins I'm trying. No submit button or enter button to move to next page
1 Star because: 1) Extremely painful to sign in. I connected my Google account to Degreed, but the app does not ask to login with Google. You only see login with Facebook. I tried to reset my password which I never set (because I logged in via oAuth/corporate login). The email I got told me to open another link that never opens. 2) Degreed devs/product owners do not read customer feedback on the PlayStore. Wondering myself if my comment will make an impact
Messed up interface.. Not at all easy to use. Takes more time to navigate through it & find content than to actually use it.
After multiple time login and access granted,the application is not allowing to navigate to the home page.It's saying click on degreed button to continue further after providing the credentials,but there were no button for that ! Team please resolve this issue.
App doesn't play anything. It crashes when you hit play or try to access any of the material. Use the app through my work. Now it doesn't work.
I don't really understand this app. The point of using this is to enable distance learning and ease of access. What's the point if it keeps taking you to a browser which I know will not give me full functionality?!
I am not able to change my password when clicking on set/change password. whatever email id's I am giving to receive instructions to change password, I am not receiving any link. kindly assist me in changing the password n loging in to the app.
Courses are stopping in between while doing it in mobile. Videos would start from begining even if we click continue next time. This causes wastage of time
I was accessing this app to finish company assigned Trainings over mobile. First of all it ask for creds so many times. Even after entering creds I was not able to access those training videos. So app was of no use to me.
The only issue I have is that the app does not recongize when you have other apps, such as Udemy and ooens the website. i then have to enroll on the website, close it and go to the app.
Videos are unsupported but app. Useless. What is the point of having an app if it is not possible to launch courses and view then on the app?? Getting "this device is not supported" error for trying to launch saved courses. Ridiculous.
