After a recent update I can no longer use the app. It keeps telling me that an update is required and prompts me to download, then it takes me to a broken link in google play store. Also the website is down. I can't log in anything to see my balance. I don't know what's going on, but I've never had these many technical issues with a bank/credit union before. Extremely unprofessional

It deserves one star since the "update" I haven't received the update, my app is stuck on telling me I need to update. I go to the play store it's a whole new app. An I install it and I can't log in. Can't reset it. Nothing. An it's after hours, so I can't talk to a real person on the phone. I can't even chat with a real person because that option I no longer see either. What in the world. 😫😫😫

I've done the updating of the app it keeps telling me pick a new password I enter the information and hit continue nothing happens. I check my account on the daily so I don't overdraw ATMs don't always give out receipts always out of paper. I would look up my account and gets receipts from ATM now I have to do guessing game cuz I can't see what I got.plus everytime I have to update stuff like this happens

Apparently the app updated. Now I can't use it. Try to open and it says, "you need to update to use the app" and it is already up to date. Uninstalled, reinstalled, same error.

Updated and will not open at all, had reloaded twice with same results, told wife never update when it first prompts you to. BLOWS

Keeps crashing now it says update on the home screen but it won't update I check on the appstore and it's up to date as far as Google is concerned so now I can't access my account

The recent update has made the app useless. Since about 2 weeks ago, I have been unable to use the app. It crashes everytime due to a security violation of my phone. Not sure if the app has been compromised, but I have uninstalled and reinstall several times, still no luck. I want to call but don't feel like sitting on the phone.

NEW UPDATE CRASHES. I have not been able to access my accounts since this new updated app requirement. TOTALLY USELESS

This was a good app till I updated to the latest version keeps saying I have no internet connection. Which is wrong. I can't even connect using my data plan from my local carrier. I have to go home and connect on to my wifi just to use it. Please look into this issue. Your getting three stars till you get this issue fixed. As of Oct 30th the app still says I'm not connected to a network. I'm giving you all 1 star till this bug gets fixed.

I don't like ads! I don't have a Zelle option in my app anymore!!! VERY FRUSTRATING

Have not been able to get back into the ap since the update. Not very good service to be down for a week 😕

Keep getting error "violated security policies" and app will not open after udate

Just like the other recent reviewers below, my app on my phone does not work at all. It is just blank white page. I have tried with or without wifi. I have restarted my phone several times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Still nothing. Do you have to have a brand new phone to use the app now? It works on my sister's phone which is newer than mine. Please fix it!! I need to use the app via mobile!

Usually a pretty good app. This week it wont even open. Fix this please

There has been improvements to your app. I love the quick balance, and find it to be convenient.I'd like to have the ability to search for a specific transaction. I prefer self-serve options. Overall I'm happy with the Credit Union and services provided.

The recent update has rendered my access useless. Cannot log on, doesn't recognize my credentials. Frustrating as hell. Can't get access to my account.

Useful app for check deposit mobile, however I would change some things if I could. Have the check scanner automatically align. Like PNC does. Also have funds available immediately with proven history. Like USAA does. On a positive note, I do enjoy not having to write "For mobile deposit at ..... and the account number" on every check like PNC, or USAA. Overall a good app. Easy to use and informative. Convenient mobile banking a definite plus. I give Del One from my experiences 5 stars.

I love doing this way, it's very convenient. It allow me to look at my account,make changes and very sercured. Love this!!! This is much easier to deposit your check when you don't have time to get to the bank!! AWESOME!!!!!!

Loved this app pre Sept. 18th which is when my phone installed updates. Now it won't open, I have uninstalled and installed several times and it just won't open. Contacted bank and they tell me my account is active...well I already know that! That wasn't even the question, the question was WHY does it keep doing that. Hopefully they will put in a fix if enough complain.

I really loved this service and used it on a daily basid, but as of August it wont allow me to enter any info such as username and password. I uninstalled it weekly since (about three times) and reloaded each time. Same thing. Wish it would work because it saved loads of time.

Having this app makes it easier to keep track of my spending and account balance. But as of today, I can't log in. Every time I open the app, it freezes and I can't tap the space to enter my password 😕

I've personally have a good experience with the app. Anytime I've had issues, they have been pretty good at fixing it. A quick easy way to keep a track on my finances, as well as, an easy way to deposit my checks.

You can't even make a car loan payment through this app unless you also have an actual banking account with them. If I had known this I would have never let the dealership finance my car through them. I will definately be looking to refinance elsewhere. Going online to where they sent me was ridiculous and time consuming. It's 2019 for crying out load. Get with the times.

This app is terrible for joint account owners. They really need to fix it. They ask verification questions that have never been answered. Everytime I try to check the balance it sends her a verification code that I have to get from her before I can view the balance which is dumb. At the point now where I'm ready to switch banks

Using Del-One's app is an easy way for me to check on my finances at any time. The app is easy to use, allows me to check balances, make transfers, and schedule payments. Great app!

3 weeks straight the app has been crashing before even the load screen. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Restarted my phone, updated software. And still keeps doing it

I did love the app. Made it so easy to keep up with my balances and manage my money in my different accts. I upgraded my phone and now I cant open the app at all. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times.

Del One's mobile app has made life so much easier for me to do banking. I'm able to access almost every function I can do on a computer and depositing checks through the app is such a great feature.
