Text box remains hidden while writing review. Unavailable products are hidden, displays at the last step. Your service and product quality uplifted my expectation. Hope this app will do the same.
There's no option to track the product also the delivery is damn slow even I can get the product from China earlier than the time they take. They received the order with TK. 100 discount 7 days later, they informed that that one product is stock out so I need to pay them with TK. 100 which they offered. Finally I cancelled my order to save my TK. 150.
It's hard to believe in this day and age that a company like RahimAfroz would be disinterested in investing adequate money for making a decent app whereas the e-commerce sector is posing some serious competition. It's just so bloddy slow. Takes days to open and if opens it runs like sloth. The interface and the search option are absolutely not user friendly and outright inconvenient. Seriously, if you want to have some business then kindly pay a better app developer for making a functioning app.
2 stars for trying to create the app. This minimum viable product shouldn't be on the playstore. Why would I need to login with my FB ID & pass when I have already given permission to use my info to create the account in a separate browser. It should be "click & go". Please develop a proper app.
please develop the app. It is irritating to use the app. It got lag whenevr i switch any of these options or press on a product. It has a laggy interface. I'm a regular customer of deligram. plz solve this prblm
Very poorly developed app. It only browses their website. Any browser will provide a faster experience.
Very weak network and runing very slow. Sometime apps show that it wasn't runing and stop working.
Design and UI is nice but performance is slow while loading the page And SideBar is being hang after clicking on a category.
Product collection is very poor. Often shows not found. Very weak network. Overall worthless.
Need more products. Some products are higher priced than others. But service and delivery really great.
Good initiative but the app is really buggy. Fix the app first. Using the app wasn't a pleasant experience.
App is still in immature stage. Needs to be fixed up as much as possible. Techs need to fix the DGAgent Delivery method. Instantly after I receive a SMS that my product it delivered to the respective agent that I have chosen plus OTP Number also comes with it, I get another SMS that says the product is delivered to me by my DGAgent. My question is that how can the DGAgent know the OTP I only have where as I yet didn't even gave him the number yet. This might cause issue for Deligram at time.
They will let you order the product then tell you after 4/5 days that it's stock out and they will take another 15 days to refund the money. If the product was out of stock why would you let people order it in the first place?. Also There's no option to see customers review. Limited number of sellers. Also there's no option to sort or filter to see preferred products.

need to update for fast work and need to add more products like as racket bat and flowers and many more.
It wants update after every week & have no option like later or not now. If u dont update u wont be able to use the app.

I have purchased a lot of product from Deligram. Because their product quality is good and delivery service is unique as well as much satisfactory. But few things I have to mention here. 1st, the app does not have cancel option after making any order. We dont want to call deligram to cancel a product. 2nd, It does not suggest similar kinds of product when we search for a product. 3rd, Most of the product does not have product details. Otherwise, the app is good.
