Good application. Thank you for offering photos of car from previous users. It speeds up car inspection process. It'd be great to add transponder in all cars for paying of toll roads (like ZSD) from card linked to application. For this moment user should pay by card/cash with commission about 50% or use his own transponder

Don't use this car service. It is fun at first until they try to get a huge amount of money for things you didn't do. I rented a new kia and photographed it but with no evidence they just put 50k rubles as fine. They are dishonest in the aspect of checking the cars before and after rentals. European carsharing is so transparent in this case . Foreigners should use taxi instead of such traps. For those 50k incase they didn't remove the fine , Will go to police with my lawyer.
Application forever fails to switch to another language than a system one. Developers are constantly emails about non existing updates. Not intuitive navigation inside app. Next version often completely different than a previous ones. Terrible usability for the paid application.
Was skeptical of the bad reviews, but they make money out of fining you. Many of the cars are damaged or dirty inside, if you don't photos of every corner, they can fine you. You'll have to pay it in three days or they are eligible to take legal actions. Submitting to review your fine will yield nothing because it will (if it will at all) take much more days to reach the queue's end. Scratch the car? Pay for completely new parts to see it continuing to take orders normally right after.
I installed the app, saw that they ask about a lot of documents and just removed it. But they are sending to me emails every week and I unsubscribe from them each time but they still sent to me. I think they have raw product even if this small thing doesn't work well.
Cars are very dirty inside and outside of the car , also they are not working properly , there is always a problem with the cars. Also the costumer service are very bad and they were taken a 25 days to solve the problem, don't advice to use the app at all.
Expensive refueling. Избегайте заправлять автомобили. If you sit in a car with low fuel and it asks you to refuel, expect problems. If the car's refueling card is blocked, then you can pay yourself right away. The money will be compensated as bonuses. In any case, you will be charged more for the car usage during refueling than reimbursed in bonuses. The support is slow and not helpful. Provide incorrect information. You have to call them several times for your task to be processed.
Turns out that this service only has a civil responsibility coverage instead of full coverage, so when I made a very small dent in their car and told them, they practically robbed me of all my money (let's just say I paid the amount equal to 10 repairs of this dent). If that ever happens to you I would recommend cutting you cc off immediately and let them pursue you legally than the fine might get reasonable. I will never use this or any other service again unless provided with a full coverage.
Have downloaded the app got the text and done all the photo's had to do the selfie one again as that is a difficult one to do. Then nothing they say it will take 20 min that was 3 days ago, Tried to email support but was told not allowed by email response. what's happening. ???

I took two cars, the check is ON in both cars. System, acum, oil. Dangerous, very dangerous, it's not a normal situation.
Make money from fining you. I recently rented a car that was filthy. I took some pictures to promote this, but was then fined for another piece of dirt I didn't take a picture of. I recommend you either don't use deli, or take 100 photos (max allowable) of every inch of the car. Best bet is to use yandex / Bella / city
In general app very good and practical, had problem with 3d face ID, once in a while get problem with closing the car, couole a times i spent upto 5 minutes trying to close the car. Stuff is friendly and helpful.
Although I uploaded all the required documents for the registration, the system blocked my account. Then, I made a call and asked for an English speaking operator, 15 minutes wating, no answer! pity. . . . . . . . . 5 days after the first comment: well, I was invited to the main office for the double-checking of my documents. Then, just after 1 hour, everything started working. I need to be thankful of the supporting team.

My account was blocked then I try to add new driver license. I try to call to the Call center, but operator can not explain what exactly I have done wrong. So I just delete this app and will not use it anymore
Non intuitive user interface and bad customer support. I tried call for support service for an hour and all operators were busy.
Haha funny, you send all documents correct, and one hour later you received a status notification that your account is blocked. Useless. I was ready to spend so much money renting their cars.
they blocked my account after registration and credit card details obtained without explanation. smells like a serious fraud. there is no option of feedback and callback. never use this app and service.

App is very good, this rate belongs to customer service. Which is unfairly blocked my profile and promised they fill fix it asap, but more than 3 months i can't get an answer
No support. No answer at all neither by email, nor by telegram. I cannot rent the car. I wrote for help (made a video of trouble in app) and nobody answers.
Too much ads of this app in another games
No option to go back or contact support during registration. No proper list of required documents before registration. 🤦♀️ That's one poor experience
Forgot finish the rent, ride become very expensive. Explained situation to operator and they returned money. In case of any issues they take my side and try to help. Quite good user experience
