Company has a tricky policy. You get on a clock when you pick up your first delivery. I had no tickets prior to this role and now sometimes I get two a day. Parking is also not reimbursed. The truth is they are not profitable yet. HD charges $9 per delivery, regardless of number of items. So, with me they pay out everything they collect, that's why they are cheap. It's better than uber for me but this is not a career or a job. Clock stops when no deliveries.

Horrible customer support and scheduling. No response from customer support at all. Scheduling is horrible. You cant pick up shifts unless its 3 consecutive hours which is hard to get. I have recieved text messages asking to pick up shifts. After agreeing to the shifts I was never put on the schedule and never got a response.

The new update to blocked scheduling is horrible. I went from easily booking 21+ hours a week to maybe getting confirmed on 6-9 hours. Ridiculous. This was my favorite driving app. Just hoping they'll go back to the previous scheduling method, otherwise not worth it anymore.

Horrible, this is one of the worst work for delivery service companies out there. There's never enough 3 consecutive hrs available and everything is on a wait list. There's little to never any work available from this company. Amazon flex, Roadie, Lyft, Via and last Uber is the way too go if you want steady work, if you like freelance work for yourself. This company has little to non and why not just have the app to beep when there's something available.

The best and decent delivery gig I ever worked for, I have to credit them that. Unlike Uber/Lyft/Amazon services, you drive in certain block/area close to where you live. You have better control on how to manage your time all you need is to grab whichever fits you. And yea, pay is decent compare to others and ride-sharing services.

You're wasting your time. you have no choice over what jobs they give you. they just pop up on your phone and you're expected to do it. they sent me a job over 30 blocks away in which I don't even know where the drop off is until I receive the package . I quit. that's not an independent contractor that's an employee without benefits. On top of that from what I understand you don't see how much your paid for a job until 48 hours.

Why do you ask for so much personal info, and the bs question of "why do you want to drive for us?" And will not let you continue set up unless u answer it. No one does this because they want to, I got a pick up truck and need a side gig simple as that and u have stuff that needs to be sent, simple. All other delivery aps just ask for your license, registration and proof insurance. Thought I try this one, but that's a huge turn off right away. Uninstalled and didn't bother with set up

haven't worked since signed up. no hours to pick. they go fast or they don't actually release the times at 9pm because when 9 comes hours are all picked. what's the point of a waitlist? this is not a good delivery app. I think I will stick to uber. smh..

I was referred to this app by a friend. I signed up towards the end of July. It is now mid September and an I am still on a hold. I emailed them and requested an update and was told that there was no approximation on how long the hold would be. Six weeks on hold is ridiculous!

Deliv'd yesterday for the 1st time. No idea how much I made. Can't view what I made, no instant pay, & only PayPal. App is super generic, no decline option. Had to drive 30 mins away with 6 packages in my car to go pick up 1 package. No training besides hands on. Hand package to 1st customer filled out all info. After he went back in the house it asked for a picture to be taken. Didnt know this prior. I would at least like to know what I made. Received a text today asking if Id take hours. No ty

So far I'm very pleased with the area I'm working in. I love the pay. You get paid every Friday plus mileage. You choose your hours and days every Tues for each week. I use to do uber. Some days were good and some days you have to work long hours just to get decent pay a day. The only benefit about uber is cashing out same day if you are short of money. But after working with deliv you see the difference. I give them 5 stars😬

I'm not sure, but I think some of the people that have written reviews must have been writing it for a different company. I've been delivering for this company now for about 3 weeks, and absolutely love it. They don't hide anything from drivers. I have never had an issue contacting anyone on their support team. The longest that I've had to wait is maybe 3 minutes, but my issue is always resolved while I'm on the phone. Is this a perfect platform? Absolutely not. It's a technology-based platform, and therefore you can expect there to be some glitches along the way. However, their support team not only owns that, they are constantly asking for driver feedback in order to improve and fix any glitches or things that drivers don't like. Just last night I was on the phone with support, and the agent told me that there is a known issue that caused the problem that I was having, but reassured me that the engineering team was already working on fixing it and I needed to look for an update last night. You don't get that kind of support from every company. I know I've worked for several. If you're looking for a way to make some extra money and not feel like you're being thrown into the deep end, this is an excellent company to join. You can always tell the companies that are going to succeed. They own their mistakes, and they're always looking to improve. That's exactly what I see in this company.

This new update maybe the last straw, it's a shame because I liked earning a little extra with this app but its becoming less flexible. Now if you cant commit to 5 or 6 hr blocks you cant drive. It already HAS to be consecutive, then it had to be at least 3hrs now its huge blocks you cant split.

Horrible cs. I only lasted a week with this company. Initially I thought I was having app issues and kept notifying them of it. but in time I came to find out that a dispatcher was sabatoging my account. long story short, my deliveries were removed from my account and given to someone else to receive the credit. The manager isn't professional, so I expect the same behavior from those that she manages. another dispatcher made me aware of this which repulsed me to leave.

I worked there for almost 2 years and one day they just decided that a return item I had went missing and tried to pin it on me as if I stole it. I refused to give in since I knew I did nothing wrong and they permanently deactivated me and even threatened legal action! I told them bring it on but of course they backed off because I definitely didn't steal anything so they have 0 "proof". I then requested arbitration to dig into the matter... Surprise surprise, they just ghosted me.

you have to be fast to get hours when the schedule is released because they go fast. the reason im unhappy with this update is because I am unable to go to the following day immediately after selecting my hours because there is a confirmation popup blocking me from going to the next day for like 10 seconds. why is this popup there? i can clearly see when the hours ive selected are accepted because they turn green. please remove this popup.

I can't complain much because I often finish routes early and get to chill at home the rest of the time and still make good money. Just a few suggestions. The service areas are unclear and confusing. It would be nice to see how much I'm making before each Monday.

Omg this app I'm literally at a stand still because it wont operate due to the fact it needs more space and you will have to delete other apps in your phone eveither week just to operate it also the operators are quick to say your unresponsive when infact they are the ones who are unresponsive

Over the past 5 or 6 months the company has been getting worse-taking everything that was NOT broken and BREAKING it!!! This app is run by dispatchers who scedule tasks for you, but never answer the 1 text line that they have at the company. They screw the drivers often and the most recent update really screw the drivers schedules

needs a daily pay, cash out feature to our banks or debit, and the option to DECLINE orders we don't want. (sometimes it's too far out, or we do not like the area we're picking up or dropping off from.)

They don't have work if there are already drivers in your area+surrounding towns. They don't tell you this until after you're all signed up. Waste of time. Your area can be "on hold" which means no availability for new drivers.

I was on the waitlist. After I was accepted no shifts were available... ever and I have to go on a waitlist for that day's shift... what a waste of time
