Took my money, app cancelled my order, money paid for no food delivery. Doubt I'll get my money refunded after reading feedback. Second time it's happened to me. Will go back and check to see if my money was refunded then
It's disrespectful the time you wait for the food. If you are thinking about ordering dinner using the app, order at lunch time after you eat, because than maybe you are going to receive your order at an ok time and won't be starving when it arrives. Heads up, your food will probably be cold by the time it arrives. You will be paying to eat cold food.
Great company! Fabulous service but horrible clunky IT. After years of not being able to contact anyone with support links usually not working, and not being able to delete addresses, the new app fixed the addresses issue and the support links don't work - and crash the app when you click on them - and none of the contact numbers or the details of your order are selectable so you can't cut and paste into your phone app or their contact form. They need to hire an app design professional!
Absolutely amazing service. I can't brag about it or recommend more... to the people I have dealt with through this app - you are amazing. Punctual, reliable and with great attitudes, you can see they care about the job they do and want to make your experience pleasant. They make fast contact when there is any uncertainty and are so lovely over the phone. I don't have transport atm and during lockdown you guys have been a godsend!! Never going back to uber eats again!!
Great app for delivering food, but each time I order it's always late. But thankfully it gives me free delivery for my next order each time it's late.
Doesn't have my very city based, NON rural address available in a main city.. Okay. Waste of time.
By far a better service than the main competitor; but the app in its current state is not great. Needs a UX specialist to review it... not easy to navigate or find /edit info easily... almost too simplistic. Examples: 1. Order History not clickable (to see previous details) and not repeatable - would be great if you could select a previous order - and order it again, or edit it and order again. 2. Can we store multiple addresses? If so; can't seem to see where. If we could then we could select one as 'default' or 'home' and have others that we might frequently use - e.g. the office or a friend's house. 3. Can we use current location? Again, if so can't seem to see where. 4. Filter by food type - e.g. Indian, Burgers, Fish & Chips, French, Turkish? 5. Favourites? i.e. we can select 'favourite' or 'star' a few local cafes/restaurants, which would stay at the top (if currently available).These are the main issues... but yeah; simple things that would make this a MUCH better experience as a user.
Poor customer service. If anything goes wrong they want you to go through hoop after hoop to lay a complaint. So if anything goes wrong youll be forced to email them and then have said email thrown into spam because they couldnt care less. Emailed them twice and in 2 weeks no response. 0/10
Both times i have ordered from this app, I have had a horrible experience. I have had good come over an hour late, only to be met with a "sorry we were late" discount code. Thought I'd give them another shot, only to be hit with a full delivery fee regardless of the code being entered, bumping a single burrito up to 21 dollars, and when support was contacted, I was told my code was invalid. This app has no way of tracking orders, and the support button crashes your app. Go use uber eats.
Like most ratings here it's the app not the service. The service is great, generally on time except for heavy traffic times but the app is really poor. Especially annoying is if I try to log in I get the email not found type error and then I try to create a new account and I get the email already in use please log in type error...
The app is pretty simple. They've recently added the ability to track the order/driver so that's great. Would love it if they added more restaurants in Auckland. They're the only food delivery company that's never gotten my address wrong. I've boycotted the other companies and will only use Delivereasy.
A good app and excellent service. Would be nice if it has delivery driver tracker. After using the service about 10 times I just encountered my first error with a delivery, it was nothing major, but 6min after I email support I get email back saying I can expect a refund. EXCELLENT customer service!
Broken app. If i try to add an item, it adds it 10 times, then won't let me remove anything. I tried to add 3 items and ended up with an order for over $100. Restarted app, but automatically started cart with $100 order. Also back button doesn't work.
Really good app, easy to use. Driver somehow delivered food to the wrong house, and after back and forth with support got a voucher that night to order food, but decided on refund which was processed a few days later. A bit time consuming to deal with but it wasn't apps fault, just driver. 4 stars.
When deliver easy came in. Around new plymouth is was fantastic no problems.. Since the last week or to service has gone down hill. Items from orders missed more often than is funny allways cold food. I recommend for anyone wanting to be lazy. It's not worth it get it yourself. Enjoy. π
Badly designed app. When I put my address in the address finder it displays 6 identical beginning addresses - the rest of the addresses are cut of, so I can't find my one. You need to make the address bar wider! Put the 'find food' on another line. Was this tested with mobile users? :(
Every time I've ordered from deliver Easy I get a message to say they are "running behind schedule". The order will inevitably turn up in double the time estimated. Their customer service is terrible and takes days to respond. They offer you a voucher when there are issues but it negates the free delivery, making it not worthwhile.
App doesn't have any reviews/ratings for restaurants in app. Well presented with good photos, and the discounts are good. Now has order tracking including GPS. Good customer service. A reliable way to get food delivered compared with other delivery apps I've used.
Doesn't work, get an error: "cannot connect" when using the app. Have to use the website on the same device. Permissions are fine, network is fine and have tried clearing all data and reinstalling.
Honestly not a good app, the first time I ordered they forgot a part of the order and I was promised a refund by customer service, this refund never came. The second time I ordered, well it has been two hours and I'm still waiting after a call an hour ago saying "we'll have a driver with you in a wee bit" the app is good when they actually deliver it.
Good range of restaurants near me, usually prompt delivery, and if the store screws up my order, DeliverEasy have been super responsive in getting the issue sorted. For 5 Stars, allow tracking your driver on the web version!
After entering my address a couple of times and the app defaulting back to "enter your address", no error messages, I tapped on "can't find adress" and retyped my address. I then learned there's no delivery to my address - a major Wellington suburb, only 7Kms from the CBD. Poor app design, poor service coverage.
More casual places would be cool. Instead of fancy places. Cool that maccas is on there now! Every time I go out of the app in the middle of payment or choosing items to check another app I have to start from the start again which is annoying.
Downloaded so I could get Umu pizza delivery, no where to leave reviews, the delivery driver didn't listen to the instructions for delivery by leaving the food inside on my letterbox (apartment no contact) they tried to leave it on the ground outside in front of the door without talking after they buzzed my intercom, no way to track the item which was late past the delivery times... Food was delicious fix your app, if there's no way to give feedback to the restaurant /drivers there's no fix
I think this app is the new norm for me when ordering food. Since domino's and pizza hut no longer deliver to my area for whatever reason I've been forced to seek alternatives and this app is simple, reliable and quick. Customer service is great and they are rarely very late.
Please add a function that allows users to track drivers like uber eats. Also photos of the restaurants food (I understand that this may come down to the restaurant itself) otherwise great app no problems so far. I hope you continue to add more restaurants as well :) hope to give 5 stars soon!
Disappointing they allow their drivers to pick up multiple orders and we wait 30 minutes for the delivery of our cold food. Have canceled my account and deleted the app. Useless service!
The back button doesn't work. Trying to click on a restaurant that's not open yet doesn't take you to their store page. It's very confusing, at least have a toast popup saying the restaurant is closed
The app isn't bad but seems to constantly have connection issues, both on wifi and mobile data. Switching between the two connections seems to temporarily fix it.
I love using this app and service because they have way more places to order from than their competitors, but there is a downside. Apart from maybe 2 orders every order is late and food semi cooled. My driver always seems to be working on another order after picking mine up and is late to me by either 10 to 20 minutes. But the assortment of foods is great so.......yeah
