Restaurants are fantastic but the support from deliveree is shocking or none existent, never answer the phone. I have received a call from the Restaurant at the time our order should have been delivered advising no driver has been in touch, my advice is order direct with the Restaurant
Can't use the app as it won't let me log in, just says my email or password is wrong. However, I can log in to the website with the same details so this is how I have to order
Very poor accessibility with no option to change text colours or sizes. Difficult to use if visually impaired.
Pointless, thanks for the junk mail through the post "we deliver in your area"..... downloads app does search on my postcode and there's nothing.
A bit disappointed really. App is really clunky and doesn't feel responsive at all. 👎 From me unfortunately.
Terrible service, hardly any places open and waited over 2 hours for delivery... what even is this? No customer sevice at all to speak of... guys, just give it up!
Awful, waiting 3hrs and no food has turned up. No way to contact them and my money has been taken. Called the restaurant and they sent it out 2hrs ago. If anything arrives it will be cold and inedible. AVOID £35 down the pan
Total joke, at least in the Skipton area. Lists 6 or so takeaways, but then they're never 'open'! I suspect it's a data scam ....
This app is beyond trash!!! Stay with just eat or order directly by phone. This app is waste of time, literally waste of everyone's time!!!
Amazing app. Great food, reasonably priced and fast delivery. I love the fact its a local company supporting local restaurants.
Easy to use though I made a mistake lol. Customer Service sorted it straightaway. Brilliant.

What used to be an OK service is now just rubbish, there's a lack of drivers meaning my last 2 orders have taken 1.5 hours to get food to me. Finally time to ditch this service for good
This has to be a scam. Ordered food, order rejected for no reason, money taken from bank. Told refund could take 5 to 10 days.
Added the app and only has 6 restaurants listed for myself and all closed. Waste ofvtime

Very few restaurants on the app and most of those that are on state closed with no contact information and 'unknow' for opening times. Very poor, questionable app, fake restaurants.
