Please expand your coverage because it is really hard to find the driver at the first attempt. I need to place the order and getting canceled multiple times everytime I want to send a package. It was so frustrated and waste of time. Thanks.

Already has fix order in H-2 for 2 vehicles but all orders cancelled by drivers in H-1! CS tried to call and already support to find another driver but nobody accept. This apps is bad for scheduled order.

First time users of the app and already have tenets to use it even more. I love the scheduling feature that allows me to schedule booking for the next 2 weeks. Beside getting more organized logistic delivery, this feature will raise the possibility of getting drivers that I need in my bookings! Another useful feature in this app is that I’m able to assign my preferred driver. Oh I can't tell how much I love the fact that I can have my preferred driver that already have the "click" to me.

This app just works. It runs without unnecesary features that could make the app too heavy to load or options I don't really need. It focus on things that matters. It provides detailed explanation of what I pay and services to be expected. The driver meets the pick up hour, is kind, and so good mannered. All in all, it just works.

aplikasi pengiriman barang terbaik yang pernah saya pakai. interface tidak rumit. tidak macam2. harga terjangkau. tipe armada cukup lengkap. sangat membantu. one of the most useful apps on my phone. keep up the great work ! . one minor thing. I think the "NOTE TO DRIVER" feature should be also duplicatable / copyable since sometimes I used to order exactly the same with some past orders, but the NOTES went back empty even if I duplicated from the past order.
