Poor app for deliveries. I've used others in the past and those are way more efficient. This app is slow and it has to re-load each time you select something. It will randomly kick you out and you will need to log back in. This is especially bad when it happens while you are with a client. Then you have to explain why you are there waiting for the app to load back. Basically taking up their time. You would think that XPO being this top company would have the ability to make a better app.
After last update, app crushes every time I click on "Route details". Please fix it asap. Also feedback function in the app doesn't work. "Problem type" is required but there is no options to choose. DeliverXPOfeedback email only accepts emails from developing team. This is literally my worst experience with an app ever. eTruck was way better.
This app sucks! It randomly logs you out. The map doesn't show all of the deliveries. The mileage is usually not accurate. The deliveries do not show which store they originated from. Too many issues to list all of them. I would give it 0 stars but it works so it is what it is.
I deliver for a company that delivers all kinds of Home Improvement items. I used this app one day previously using E Track ( which was great by the way). Well one of the things I deliver a lot are baseboard. The company that I deliver for lists baseboard in linear feet. That being said, if there is 500 feet on this app, the baseboard will literally be listed as quantity one 500 times. Thus, making it almost impossible to confirm your items in a timely fashion. It should only be listed once.
The app has a lot of good new thing that you can do but if you don't have the scans bars is a bit difficult to operate. I seen that for some drivers is an update that allows you to select no barcode but it all depends for what market you work for. It should be available across all markets
As a driver trying to save time . We pick up for home Depot , and when we pick up for more than one customer with multiple bar codes...it makes timing difficult because we have to enter each number one by one. There should be an easier way to scan all times on to truck with one simple action
Absolute garbage, the way everything is listed one item per line, keep getting kicked out, can't take photos 98% of the time, now after upgrade can not click route details without being kicked out of app. Inferior to do job properly.
Works as it should! I seem to always get lost through the email verification. This app is a dream come true and allows for ease of mind knowing that my package isnt lost! Being a college student, i use this app to find new desks for my apartment and soon a new couch 💜
The app constantly freezes up and doesn't show all the information It's supposed to At least twice A-day just shut itself off This app is garbage I can't even use the contact part of the app to contact you and tell you about the problems it will allow me Send itto you Your app is garbage please fix it or tell your customers you have to shut it down to fix it Because it's just one big problem
I never leave reviews of apps, but this is the greatest app of all time!! Even better than Flappy Bird! Anyting produced by XPO is sure to be driven for success by the greatest minds in the logistics and technology industry.
Everything you can think that can go wrong is reflected in this app. It's slow. Closes outs on you. You cant view your route a day prior. You guys when from bad to worse. The worst part of working with XPO, using this app. One star is too much of a good rating for this app.
The worst app ever, really slow, its not user friendly, the map is very annoying to work with. It should be easy and efficient app!
Another new phone and the latest update removed microphone and map connection, also still nobody has ever known where I'm at with this tracking feature, just uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if that would fix anything but of course it did not
MC 044978 Hell I can not get the app to come to life. Tried to Uninstall then and reinstall. Tells me I am unauthorized. I tell the Broker about it.He is frustrated.Cannot locate a number to call and talk to a human being that will help. I have moved 20 or 30 loads but still cannot use the app.... go figure?
Ever since the update I cant look at my route! Every time I click route detail it logs me out! This makes it hard for me to precall my customers and let them know I'm on the way please fix this !
Great app! Did everything I needed it to. Has the solutions I need in a simple way. Also didn't remove my liver, contrary to the name so that's also a definite plus!
Worse app ever to many windows to do a single thing. You have to refresh the app so many times during the day not functional at all
It was working gud until yall did a update. Now everytime I open it an look at my route it closes out by it self 😡😡😡😡😡. This make my job much harder to do. An I dont like dat. PLEASE FIX ASAP
Fast scanning, offline stop execution are cool features of the app.
The app is generally pretty bad and updates break things that used to work, like now I cannot hit the directions button anymore

Gps went blank. No map service at all. Why? Uninstalled reinstalled multiple times.
it is no good always logs you out cant close stops out wont take photo of stops says camera is not on when it is.this app is a big headache
Good app. It has a nice offline mode and also improvements in checklists
Hi well it will be better if add an option to unload pictures from phone becuase i arrive early to some stops
App lags too much,drains phone battery way too fast, takes way too long to refresh

Android users we can control are locations use it to your advantage, also copy and paste is available 😉
Not a hard app to use but it's not seamless at all. When confirming items it takes up more time than the delivery. Also the scan feature when the camera automatically pops up, needs to be disabled. But the chat is easy and responses are quick. Update: Confirming items is much better now that the camera didn't pop up for each item, which was my biggest complaint.
