Delivery Drivers

I am registered with DDI but I cannot log into the app it is giving me errors. However I can login on the website. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app and tried to log-in and it is still not working. I have emailed the company please fix this reoccurring known issue.

Update, still no assistance from organization. Another organization that lacks support for it's app. I have sent multiple emails requesting assistance that continue to be unanswered.

Doors not work. At all. You can not even login it just says loading and never does nothing else. Not surprised though for a company that has shady business practices and does not return ANY calls or emails.

Application is ok, most of the time it works. But hard to make $ due to driver oversaturation. In Rip baiting by customer is really horrible.

Unfortunately I can't even login. 😕 it stays completely frozen. It's a shame because it would be nice to have this app handy on your phone instead of the computer. I hope it gets fixed soon.

If you're not making money from using this app you're just not doing it right! Great service. I recommend them definitely! I've been working with them for 2 years now. Opportunity to grow your business and they will teach you how to be successful.

Just doesn't work at all. Like....seriously it won't even open after multiple delete and installs, cache wipes, etc. Why does this even exist?

Can't log in and can't get help, 0 support, always gets stuck on loading screen.

I love it it's all on you eat you make but it's step by step and easy and you get paid on time with bonuses u didn't know u had coming just keep your car maintenance

Why can't I log in on this app? Please help me. I have Uninstalled it and downloaded it several times and it still won't work.

I can never open the app and I put in all the right info....I even got a new password and it still wont let me in.

I work for spark through DDI there the most unreachable people on earth and when you do reach him they give you a response you're probably not going to like with no helpful information after that I challenge you to try to get a hold of accounting 🙏 you have to message them and email them every time you need a password to get into your account which makes no sense 😑

In my experience with DDI, they have went above and beyond to facilitate a professional working relationship between the independent contractor, them and walmart. They are professional and trustworthy in the financial solutions they provide but even more important to me is thier willingness to be a part of everyday human relationships. This company is worth being a part of all around.
