Delivery Dudes

Worst company ever. I have blocked them from my phone. Screwed up so many orders. And then just today gave them one last chance. And they were 30 minutes late picking up my expensive hibachi dinner. Would only give 10 off at first. Then kept saying driver coming. Tried to cancel they refused. Said we will take 30 off remake and come out. No I said cancel. Had to be transferred to 3 people before they would refund my money. They are a huge scam beware.

Spent 15 mins in a circle trying to place an order with prompts to add credit card then prompts for this or that but was NEVER able to submit offer. Finally logged on via computer and it worked. Pretty much a FAIL if your app can't place an order!!!! If not for the $5 promo code i would have ordered on another app that works!!!!

It really sucks when the delivery menu doesn't match the app menu and you have guys writing stuff down from the delivery menu and you go to put it on the app and find that half the stuff isn't there so you wasted 15 minutes with an app that's worthless and you had to call it in and now your food order is late and everything is behind schedule that really sucks

Great service but.. the app doesnt work anymore. It says 'printing up some menus' etc but never shows any restaurants and menus anymore. I have downloaded and uninstalled it couple of times past few month, it just does not work anymore. Help!

The services are great but the App itself is glitched. If I switch between different apps it doesn't show back up when I try to open it again. It's like invisible or something and I have close it and restart it everytime.

Although my favorite restaurant was on their list, apparently it no longer is. App let me go through the entire order process up until the Place Order point, and then just froze. Tried at least a half dozen times to Place Order thinking I was doing something wrong. Out of frustration (and hunger), cancelled app & installed a different one. There is also a small charge on my bank account which appears to be from some company affiliated with DD. Bank is investigating. Thought app was free? Beware

Execellent service. They will even call you if there is a question about your order. Any other delivery service I have used before would always and I mean always forget something in my order or give me something completely different. I knida thought it was just how delivery services are. Not that way at Delivery Dudes. My order has ALWAYS been perfect. Thanks for going above the bar in delivery service field!

I HATE the new app and interface. Besides having to reset my password every time the app updates, I now have to spend 5-10 minutes scrolling through pictures of every restaurant to finally find one I'm interested in. The application should be a "streamlined menu system", not a encyclopedia of food pictures that doesn't even look like the actual food from these restaurants. Looks like I'll be ordering from another food delivery service from here on out.

The prices are better than some of the other delivery services but it has two massive flaws, the first is that you wont know how long your order will take until you pay them, so you could waste your entire lunch break waiting on food that you wont get to eat. The second big flaw is that you can't order ahead of time, so you always have to gamble when placing your order, I've had this screw up my work on several occasions and frankly it isnt worth the few dollars that you save on an order. 👎

Bottom of app is blocked with a message saying preparing your food. I see prior to order being placed. This makes it hard to view totals or hit the buttons to complete an order. I've sent an email with pics and nothing. Hope update fixes. Most reps are awesome with problems but a few just don't care. Overall I ❤ DD, prices, choice of food and customer service. Just change the app and give one of the reps a class on customer service! 🤭

not great . cant see where the driver is , so you have no idea why the food is taking so long, I waited over a hours and 30 mins. when the driver came you have to sign for it while they watching you . which gives you pressure to give them a tip. when she couldn't find the address and was very late

Theres uber eats, grubhub, postmates- and then there's delivery dudes. What separates DD from the rest is their service. Im always greeted by a friendly face with customer service being their #1 priority. And, they almost always get the orders right. If not, they'll immediately get someone out there to make things right, and with a smile and friendly service too (and no charge woohoo!). The app isn't as advanced as uber eats, but the service makes it way worth it, day or night. 100% suggested.

DON'T GIVE THEM A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD - They force insecure passwords on both iOS and Android by not allowing you to copy/paste passwords from secure password managers. I can only imagine how terrible they are with payment info. Stripe doesn't store the credit cards for you does it? it also didn't let me copy paste on iOS 12 nor Android 9. You can accept Apple pay and/or Google pay. That's about it. I don't like giving my details to anyone and I can't imagine they get 33% of physical purchases.

I love these guys but App is Horrible. Every single time I log on my email and password combo is incorrect. I change the password and try again..it's incorrect. They need a new app...

Needs improvement on the user interface. Please allow us to review all order details on the final screen before placing the order. I had to enter the order notes multiple times because it kept getting erased when I added tip and payment method.

This app and service are both so easy to use. Flowing through the whole thing is crazy fast and simple. Definitely recommend to anyone thats hungry!

Very convenient service. They work hard to keep the customer happy.. The app is terrible though. Doesn't close and buggy logging in

Despite food being 2 hours late and cold/stale, I called customer service and the guy explained to me that they don't send the order in right away, but that they wait and send it in when they think I want to eat, literally equating it to me thinking about eating at noon and actually making the food at 5. The entire experience sucked and that guy on the phone sealed it for me... Bush league and worthless, go another delivery app....

Super user friendly app for ordering food delivery. Has all the local restaurants to choose from and local conveince stores too! Not to mention drivers who wear uniforms and are local!!

Delivery Dudes is the very worst delivery service! I took them off of my phone because they have screwed up so many of our orders but my wife kept them on hers. Tonight she wanted to order from a resturant that they deliver from and I said yes. You guessed it-they delivered the wrong order to us (a vegie dish-we ordered chicken stir-fry). We called and DD's did the normal "We'll give you a credit". DD's have screwed up 50% of the order's the we have done with them - no more.

Now obsolete thanks to Door Dash, Grub Hub and Uber Eats among others. Expensive and not exclusive, the dude's are okay but it's slow compared to the three mentioned above. Its like the person that founded DD did it knowing that it would be a quick profit after companies with real monetary value developed applications that made operations cheaper and easier for the consumer. Hello AI assistance GOODBYE bad listener pot heads at delivery dudes. Find something else to order with.

I have been a member with Delivery Dudes since 2017. I recently had to cancel my account with them because I was overcharged with no explanation as to why. I have contacted the company several times since I was overcharged in February. I was told I would be reimbursed the amount I was overcharged. To this day, I still have not received any reimbursement. Also, when I contacted the employee "helping" me, Shawn Henry, again because I had still not received my reimbursement, I have yet to hear back

Cannot add or delete addresses easily. As a matter of fact in the app I cannot find any way to delete an old address. I tried updating the old address to the new one and it wouldn't let me. Also wouldn't let me add it as 'new'.

Downloaded it, opened it, uninstalling it. Had no search bar at all, which is a joke. On top of that they had less then 25 restaurants listed, all of the same type - Pizza. This app is an actual joke. It's sad to see how downhill it really went. It's upsetting that I spent 10mins downloading this first instead of UberEats or some other one. That's how bad it is. Also, get a graphics designer to help update your app. It looks like someone in a college class designed this app for a class project.

Every item on delivery dudes is prices 10-25% MORE per item. On top of a delivery fee, "other" fees, taxes, and a tip. This is absolutely terrible policy.

I haven't had any issues with the app. It's easy to use and quick to order. Their customer support has been excellent each time I've spoke to them. I can't recommend them enough!

Tried to order through app and it tells me it needs to update to continue. I had just installed it 2 minutes ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still can't place order as it still says it needs to update.

App is great. Has all of my local favorites. And the service is outstanding. They even called to ask how my service has been. PS. My pizza arrived hot. 10/10

My second time using this service and both times the order arrived over 30 minutes past the established delivery time. Very disappointed. Probably won't use again.
