My store has been using this app for about 2 years. It's definitely improved except for the call function. It rarely works properly. I don't use the navigation as I've been at my store for 8years so I know where I'm going. My biggest gripe is my store isn't located in the correct area on the map. It was about a half a mile away, so trying to gauge which driver will be back first is a guessing game. Then they moved it closer, but it still isn't right. But it's not bad for a delivery app imo.

Has weird issue where if you exit the call screen, the call can still be ongoing but you have no way to stop it (or even know it's happening, besides the sound coming through) except to force stop the app. Also whenever I press the button to open delivery directions in google maps, for some reason it almost always directs to a range of addresses instead of the specific one, so that button is useless and I have to enter them manually

The tracker should not automatically tell customers when their order is delivered. That's something that should only be done by the driver. Customers were told their order was delivered when a driver merely got near their address. Also the order total is wrong half the time and reflects the tip only for some reason. They fix it and it goes right back to being broken.

Overall a Poorly Designed App with every Menu having decently made functions, however the Map Feature doesn't give you the correct Locations when Navigating for Deliveries after tapping the arrow button. Overall very Buggy and half of the time does not even function correctly. Please fix the App!!

Huge privacy issue. The app is tracking your location all the time. It can NOT work if you refuse the location sharing permission. I guess I'll be entering the addresses manually.

Absolutely repulsive piece of software. - App takes me to a range of houses that sometimes don't even include the actual destination!! I type the address in myself because of this. - calling feature plain doesn't work - app refuses to work without "full network access" Android perm. In settings - tip tracker doesn't work half the time unless you back out and try again - app sends distracting notifications while driving informing me I haven't completed delivery when I for sure already did.

So many things need fixed First. Please don't turn on my camera. That's a no no. Next, besides talking to customers, my mic shouldn't be opened by anyone to eavesdrop The customers can't hear me half the time I call them with the app Please get rid of the green screen that says arrived Make the address numbers bigger, and don't flip the page so I have to go back to see the house number. Reduce the number of pages to a minimum so we don't have to keep going back to see the address. Thanks

Feels like this app needs to be updated every day but they only do it every other week. It is constantly screwing up. Not showing my tips. Not showing order history. Sending me to the wrong location, and the list goes on. Giving it a 1 because you can't give it a 0

App does not track in store or for the customer like it's supposed to. A quarter of the time takes you to the wrong address. The call function does not work. The app drains phone battery at an insane rate. Why make this app mandatory while it still DOESN'T WORK

Absolutely God awful app. Almost no value in forcing drivers to use this since it just doesn't work correctly, ever. And yes, we are now FORCED to use the app to even go out on deliveries without needing a manager to approve it every time. If you're going to force us to use this app, can you PLEASE work on making it better. It's been like two years now and it continues to get worse even. Now I can't even sign in anymore.

Okay I don't know what you guys did in this new update but ever since it came out a few days ago the app is completely screwed up! And it's not just me. Everyone at our store is having the same issue. We can't even log in!!! It says there's some connection issue even though we are all connected to the internet. This didn't start till you guys released the update. FIX THIS NOW!!

It would potentially be very helpful to use if it wasn't constantly broken. Far to often will the app bug out with addresses, calling or even trying to load orders. And that's assuming you're even able to login to it to use.

convenient. shows what sides you need assuming that all of your sides input in the system correctly as well as keeps track of your tips. now I would warn people to double check it's math on tips occasionally just to be sure but it's been accurate for me 9/10. Tap one button to put the address in your GPS, which works flawlessly for me too. As long as the app performs as intended it's great.

Oh man! What a pos this app is. I have never in my life seen such a complete waste of time and waste of resources app such as this. Seriously, who thought this up? Why does this app even exist? Someone up in corporate must have been pretty high to sit there and come up with this ideal. I mean, can I get some of that too? Whoa! This app, even if closely worked the way it was intended to work, would still not be needed. This app just slows my work down and tracks location. Dominos come on?

It was bugging out and had tips on there I had from last week, I uninstalled it the reinstalled it, now it won't let me accept the mandatory location approval needed to even use the app. Every time I try to click the check box it just takes me to the location settings, no matter how precise I push it.

Honestly I hate it. The app doesn't let me sign in 3 out of 4 times, drains my battery like no other app I've ever used, gives complex directions to places 2 turns from the store. I don't use it. It drops my stores app usage level but I still don't use it.

Safe mode stays on despite being parked and not moving, so no customer information is accessible since the app kindly locks you out of everything. Address routing is not reliable. Doesnt show all included sides. It doesnt even log my tips right. Nothing has been fixed in over a year! Its painfully obvious you only care about tracking us to the customers door.

Often pulls up wrong address in app, calling hardly works, And I'm constantly kicked off saying I am not connected to the network. I can no longer even sign on to the app.

whats funny is when it actually loads the wrong address, not an aproximation. You will notice a disclaimer, telling you to drive safely when you open the app, you also signed away most rights during orientation, so when you crash because of this, "distraction," you will be happy to know your employer will free of any liabilities.

Am I the only one who's phone battery gets ruined by this app? I don't mean just drained which it clearly does! But it ruined my old phone by having to use it constantly now my new phone that's only 5 months old was totally fine until I was basically forced to start using this app again 2 weeks ago and last night my phone wouldn't charge until I turned it off and it took 7 hours to get to 💯 I HATE this app

Though I've turned of the toggle for "complete delivery"notifications, I get the notifications all the time anyway. Today they are popping up minutes after I've done so & am returning to the restaurant.

Put the dipping sauces for wings as extra things to grab, it's easier to have everything extra you need on the screen as opposed to only certain things

Why is this so bad? If the app has the correct address and it's on Google Maps, why can't it send the actual address? Not say 100-299 Main Street. I need 26 Main Street...... Come on devs.

You need to change location service to while app is in use. There is no reason for the company to know a drivers location when they're not on duty, which the app will active then.
