Sometimes booking Not save shows problem, 2nd things is if due amount have -(minus) booking not possible but at the same time without apps booking accepted.
They collect every kind of document in our phone. Every conversation has sync by them. Why do they need our personal coversation cookies? They continuously sync whatsapp document, massenger document. It is very annoying and frightening that they are taking our personal information in details.
They can't deliver products in time. But they take delivery charges from us. Income zero and also face loss in business. Total scam. Don't use this app. Use other app like pathao, Redx etc.
My shop is bookman It’s very very much disappointing & a very bad experience for me. I never able to connect with customer care, it’s always busy. I have average 4 orders daily but supporting persons are careless, they response if they wish to. Delivery dealys: it takes 8/9 days sometimes. Percel returning without confirmation or contacting with sender. Overall what i realise it’s not for professionals or business dealers. It makes busy with problem, kills time. Only positive thing low cost.
Worse app ever. They don't provide code. Didn't work.

Probably the worst possible courier service someone can get!! Parcel collector collected my parcel and later the company informed me it was not collected, i lost 3 of my parcel which i didn't get any conpensated for
it's been one year I am using this service. I must say it was great to work with them! the service is very good, fast, accurate and of course low in price in comparison with other delivery services! I have send almost 260 parcels using this service and not a single parcel came return or lost Alhamdulillah!! On the other hand, I must mention some issues i.e. The app crashes regularly! sometimes pickup man do not come to pickup! Website is incomplete and not fully coordinated with Apps!
Rubbish, they use only bkash. No nogod no rocket. Registration is too critical.
I'm a marchent. Delivery tiger took 19 days to deliver my parcel to my customer. But guess what, Delivery tiger delivered wrong parcel. Disgusting App. Please do not use their service.

The new app looks really useful to me. The consolidated payment and bills look great to me. The referral system is a really awesome.
This is the worst Delivery company in Bangladesh (No competition) Horrible service. Their 12 hours, 24 hours or next day service all are big fat lie just for advertising .Infact they deliver more slower than all the other companies. All their commitments and services are full of lies and bad services.. I definitely not recommend this service until they fix their problems!
Very dissatisfied service. They are very irresponsible. They tell 3days to reach the parcel to customer but they don't do so that. We continuously contact and complain about that, but from their side they don't do anything. Bad service.
Using this app for awhile now.Easy to use.payment system and everything is quite good.Inside Dhaka delivery is super fast but outside Dhaka delivery is extremely slow. It's been 10 days and still one of my customers didn't get his parcel. This is the only thing that needs to be fixed asap.
This app store user data which is out of privacy policy. When a new user register in this application, they store original password in their database. This is not the right way. It should convert th password in different format before storing
Totally fraud company, they tell you about low prices but in the end they will charge kore, and the worst.part if they lost a product they will take 3-4 months to solve the issue. They are unwilling to solve the issue. Just a big fraud compamy. Beaware of them!!!
Unprofessionalism at its best. They gave me sms including the phone number of my delivery guy.But I found that number switched off every time I tried. Next they texted me about my expected delivery date,but on that day I didn't get any call or sms from anyone yet I got a text at evening that the delivery guy tried my number and couldn't get me! Immediately I tried their official number to interrogate about the issue but no one responded. Such a disappointment!
Very very bad service. I was totally surprised to their service. They were collecting my parcel about 25 days later. So, i am totally shock.
Its a good delivery courier as a logistics in all over Bangladesh. But need to improve first delivery. Hope management are concerned about this.

This app is quite good. I have been using it since more than one year. They pick my products from my dor step and deliver timely. Another point which is mandatory to mansion that they provide promt payment.
