I drive for Dominos. I've been using the app for a couple of weeks. It works really well. I've replaced my written record keeping completely. I only have one minor quibble. When I deliver to an apartment complex or some place where the main address is the same for multiple units it doesn't differentiate between them giving the tip average of the whole complex. I would like to see that broken out individually by unit. But otherwise works great.
Pretty nice app, overall. However, there's definitely room for improvement. Address autocomplete is basically useless; it usually doesn't even pop up until the address is fully entered. Sometimes after entering an address, it'll change itself to a similar address that is well outside my delivery zone, so I have enter my zip code to force it to use the proper address. There doesn't appear to be a way to view past shifts, which is a feature I'd expect this app to have. Other than that, great app.
Great app works perfectly, very convenient. Also has a map built in now to oversee your runs which is very helpful for doubles and triples, etc. Now there is a navigate back to store button which was the only thing I felt the app was lacking. Its great to keep track of all my money and build a database of the customers and have a history of their tips and what not. Best app of its kind for sure! Developer is awesome and very helpful if you ever have an issue! 6 stars!!
I can't believe how perfect this app is!!! The creater had to have worked as a delivery driver for quite a while... It's virtually impossible that someone who hasn't done this kind of work would know EXACTLY what someone in this field wants and needs. Anyway, no matter how perfect an app is, if it's NOT easy to use, literally on-the-fly, it would be WORTHLESS!! What makes it GENIUS is how easy it is to enter data. I tried the free version first, and immediately realized that $2.99 is a steal!!!
I really enjoy this app, but only the premium version. I understand keeping some features locked to encourage payment, but I didn't feel like I was gaining anything with the free version. that being said, the premium version is a very reasonable price considering what other apps charge. the only thing I really wish is that pulling up a saved customer's profile was easier to access once it loads their number/address, since I keep gate codes, requests, and reminders in the customer notes
I've been a delivery driver for almost 5 years and this app is a lifesaver! I'm impressed with all the features, especially being able to sort by day, week, month, year, or all time to view a history of my tips. The app is frequently updated, and often when I load it up I'll see new features have been added. At the end of every shift I know exactly what I'll owe to the store and what I'll be taking home, which has helped my sanity tremendously instead of trying to keep it all written out on paper. If you're a delivery driver, you need this app! The paid version is well worth it!
Love it. It does a better job at navigation than the app I have to use for my job. I was going to suggest a tip calculator for cash payments until I realized it's already in there. My only complaint is that no matter what I say with the voice tool, it seems to put it into the address, even if I say "tip equals" beforehand. Definitely not a big deal though. I can work with that. NOTE: I was saying it wrong. The tip thing works if you say "tip amount equals". So, yeah, even better.
Phenomenal app incredibly useful. it is an absolute must have for any delivery driver. No matter what system your restaurant uses, this will be as accurate as you make it. Mistakes happen all the time, and this app ensures that you have control over the money you've earned. It's an absolute no-brainer.the only issue I had was with the navigation function, but since I use a separate phone for navigation that didn't actually affect me much at all it was addressed in the most recent update however.
This is an amazing app that I use almost daily for delivery work delivering pizza and it is nearly flawless, the only things that I feel the app is lacking is the ability to rearrange orders once you have multiple ones typed in already as well as a quick way or an automatic way for the GPS to auto route you back to your shop after all deliveries have been finished. Sometimes I get turned around in areas I have not been and will just then have to open my GPS, or activate my Google Assistant to get me home. Not a huge deal but it would be convenient if the app had a feature to just automatically route you back. Never had a single issue with the app like I said nearly flawless keep up the great work!!
Amazing app that has simplified tracking my deliveries. It tells me what my average pay per hour is during my shift which has kept me from being discouraged many times, it has saved me from being shorted by my store on several occasions, and I love that it gives me the average tip at the location when I enter an address. I love looking over the saved data later to see what my best days/times to work are and which months have been the best. It's absolutely amazing.
Basically a perfect app, dev thought of EVERYTHING related to delivery driving. Things I'd like to see added: •Automatic standard bank option (instead of adding a negative transaction every work day) •An easier way to do a split tip [(cash given with a tip on credit card also) similar to how the split payment works] I'm nitpicking there though, greatest app ever, love the customer base, crazy amounts of stats and quality of life it adds to work.
Fantastic app, best tip tracker app by FAR. Even has a voice input function that automatically inputs addresses and navigates to them, and also enters your tip amount as well. Tracks separate entries such as mileage, hourly wage, tips etc. Wish I would have found this long ago. Well worth the small one time fee. Would give it more stars if I could. Thank you for making life just as bit easier.
Amazing app! Thanks so much for the reply last time. I know you have a lot in the works, I think a "screen always on" feature would be very handy too. Highly recommend this to any delivery drivers out there, it does absolutely everything you need it to, and is continuously getting even better!
Fantastic app! It tracks lots of useful statistics, but what I like most of all is the ability to back up the data and even export it as a spreadsheet! And it even reminds you to back up after 2 weeks have elapsed, highly recommend this app!
absolutely love using this app. the only problem I have with it is, when I create a spreadsheet for backup, it doesnt show on the sheet the actual date/day for each delivery. it shows the 'timestamp' but that looks more like a cryptic number than an actual date.
works great though i dont recommend using automileage. it is way off from actual mileage..i wish it had a means of accommodating wage variations. i get one rate while at the store and a different rate while on the road. edit: we generally do only take single runs but my automileage was off by over $5. i just use beginning and ending mileage per shift. i wouldnt mind a setting that automatically adjusts pay when on a run. may be able to hash out a method if interested.
This is a great app for tracking your tips and mileage. I really like all the different stats it gives me. I do wish it had a compare feature. That way I could see things like for example...Christmas Eve last year, compared to this year, or two years ago.
This has to be one of the best apps I have ever seen as a part time delivery driver for a family owned pizzeria in NJ I now know if there is any mistakes in my pay or orders. All the information I am given about the customer I can now input into the system and instead of keeping small reciepts that are easily lost the order number, tip amount, order total, address, and phone number are all recorded on the app. I now don't have to trust my jobs shady system to tell me how much I've made.
great app, I wish it would save by the address without having to worry about the name or phone number, as that info isnt relevant for some drivers. paid for the pro and havent been disappointed, it would.just be nice to be able to see past deliveries tons certain address without having to save by phone number or name.
Stellar app! I am so incredibly impressed with this app! It keeps everything I need for all my deliveries right here! There is a small learning curve but once you get used to using this app you will wonder how you EVER got by without it. It's so organized, streamlined and keeps everything you need right at your fingertips. I love how I can see my nightly breakdown in several ways. I can go back and see how someone paid to make sure my numbers are correct. Thank you for creating this amazing app
delivering pizzas for 28 years and I can safely say I love this app! one suggestion that I would like to see you add in your next update would be having some kind of a spot on each shift to be able to make notes. something like big festival in town for any kind of notes that would tell you some more information about why the shift was the way it was. weather conditions how many drivers were working that kind of stuff just general notes that I can put into document in my shift better
Update: Thanks for getting back so quick.......I will give it another shot tonight and maybe I'll change my mind and review. Thank you There's a few issues for me. The phone number having to be put in bothers me and also for someone driving constantly it's a lot of data with to many options needed to enter while on the road. Maybe just make it way more basic so I can talk to text it instead of needing to look down.
I really like this app. I used to use Tip Jar, which is gone now, but it wasn't geared towards delivery. One thing I'd like to see is split pay. A lot of corporate stores are paying more in the store to avoid law suits. That's the only reason I gave it 4. I can't accurately see how much money I made during the shift. Also, how about pay periods start to end? These would be helpful to creating a budget.
I absolutely love this app, it keeps track of basically everything I need. My only gripe is that I can't store an order number with each delievery. It would be really helpful to be able to glance back at an order and know what order number belonged to it.
I absolutely love this app because is tracks everything I need it to! Prior to using this app I was tracking everything on a paper that I came up with myself. My old GM actually found this app for me after I showed him how I track my tips and mileage. I have really bad OCD and can't deviate from keeping all of the information but it's very time consuming so this app saves a lot of time! I started out with the free version but decided to download the paid one because it saves information.
I am brand new(2 weeks) at delivery driving along with the store I just started at has just started delivery. This app is great for keeping track of orders to compare with the computers at the end of shift. It is also great to know if this new job is worth the wear and tear it puts on my vehicle.
Love this app! I would love to have a shift comments section to be included in the history. It would be helpful to make notes about the shift (weather conditions, number of drivers, special events going on). Also i would prefer of you would separate the mileage reimbursement from the wages earned because it is not a wage.
Love it near perfect app use it everyday (I am a delivery driver) only request would be a way to put multiple addresses into Google at once dunno if possible and only bug I see is when I pick address from map always overrides first order when multi order is chosen even when selecting from 2nd or 3rd order.
I've been using the free version for a long time. The upgrades to the latest version address nearly every issue I had with the app. I'm more than happy to lay down the small amount of money for the Pro version. Buy this app and support Gavin!
Absolutely worth the small price tag. There's a slight learning curve, but once you figure out all it can do for you it can be a huge time saver. Only issue so far is that sometimes when the app opens Google Maps from the address I've input, it'll send me somewhere else altogether, and because it launches into drive mode I have to cancel out of it to verify that it's actually going to take me somewhere useful. Doesn't happen often, but often enough to cause occasional problems.
