Garbage. After update l tried to sign in and just get 4dots they come and go across screen. After waiting for 5 minutes realized it was another messed up update. And it leaves the app and uses a browser window why???
This app and Delmarva Power's website are the reason my bills get paid late. A significant amount of times I've used either, they are not functioning properly and I cannot pay my bills when I try to ahead of schedule. Tried it on multiple phones I've owned, so it's not me. It's a cointoss if they load at all. On top of that, they charge a convenience fee for paying with a card, so they charge you for power AND to pay them for the power. Horrible service all around.
Why do I need to change my password? It meets the requirements! You have a terrible dev team! The new version loads very slow
Trying to report a power outage and was informed to install an update. Since updating the app continues to close and I can't use it at all. :-(
Worst App ever, it continually locks up. The original Delmarva Power app was fine. There is no excuse today to put out such a glitchy application. Obviously the Q/A group walked away on this one.
Every time I open app, I have to log in. Today, when I clicked the login button, I was redirected to your website. These issues should not occur. App is very frustrating to use
Excellent. Everything you need to pay your bill quickly. Makes it easy to access my information too like previous monthly bill amounts etc.
I don't know what you did, but it's broken. I can't sign in. When I try to sign in, it takes me to the web browser, ask me to verify, then ask if it can leave the browser, but doesn't take me back to the app.
I thought this would be a good app but I was having trouble with it, and when I tried to uninstall it, it attached to my phone and now I'm stuck with it. I'd give negative stars if it was possible. Stay clear of it and don't download this app.
Another app that forces login to the website and still doesn't work. Well done delmarva. Well done. Uninstall/reinstall still doesn't work. Good thing autopay is set up.
It was fine until they changed it and I can no longer use biometrics to log in
Ap updated and lost login information. Very frustrating.
Not cool to not be able to log in. Glad I'm on autopay cause I don't get paper bills anymore and I can't log in on the app now. Good job delmarva
I love being able to adjust the temperature from my phone. If only it worked with Alexa!
****UPDATE**** The payment system for the app has been glitchy for the past two months. It will not let me store my account info so I have to enter it every time and the option to use last payment method is gone. Also, this last payment did not process when I first tried to pay the bill. I was told to try again. I waited till the day before it was due to process it again and it went thru. Please fix. (2/11/21)I am loving the new look, ease of use, and the streamlined payment process.
Fast and easy I'm so happy that they have the app it makes it fast and easy to see and pay your bill
I attempted to use the app earlier this week, and was presented with the only option of updating the app. So I click "Update", Google Play Store opens, it appears it's trying to update, but the app icon just clocks (spins). So now I'm completely unable to use the app.
There is no way to zoom in on the screen. The fields are too small to click on, even with a pointer. It is impossible to read without magnification. Has the developer opened the app on their phone? In it's current state, the app is useless.
I don't like the fact they charge a fee to process your payment. With the pandemic it should be waived.
Slow app and even slower website. Useless.

there's a lot to make this worth five stars but I made it worth three Stars because they do not give you an easy way to switch between multiple accounts. I have multiple accounts with Delmarva and once you click on one account you cannot switch to the others. if there's a way to do it let me know and I will change my rating. but I have tried everything it won't even let me log out.
After the switch to their new electric corp their default payment options have all been removed except just one... The only option is to delay bill for 30 days. That stinks! Our bill went up considerably during the winter and with their 30 day option I have to come up with almost $800 and it has to be paid in full no exceptions. That's not the best option, having it broken up over 6 payments like before would help out so much more. Now that option is gone! Disappointing!
