-Toothbrush timer makes brushing fun and helps you stick with it for the recommended two minutes. Listen to music as you brush and watch as the timer counts down your brushing time with a visual reminder to brush each section of your mouth.
Security The Delta Dental App uses the latest security technology to protect your personal health information. You must enter your user name and password each time you access the secure portion of the app. No personal health information is ever stored on your device. For more details on security, our Privacy Policy can be viewed via a link on the Login page of the app. For security reasons this app is not supported on rooted devices.
TRICARE subscribers currently cannot access benefits and eligibility information on the Delta Dental app.At this time, we do not support dual login for our member company sites located in IN, KY, MI, MN, MO, NC, NM, OH, OK, OR and TN. If you are a subscriber with one of these member companies, you will need to register for a new account in order to use the secure portion of the app.

Garbage app. Can't login. When I use my web credentials, I get the error msg: "Missing validation records" with the link "Update Account". When I tap the link, it opens a web page where I enter my web login. But, it throws the error: "The information entered did not match the records in the database". That's just BS. All the info is 100% correct, and works when I log into the website from a browser on my PC.
I downloaded the app when I changed carriers (3 months or more) it has never worked, I submitted a ticket and was told that the app was down. Is it always down? I haven't been able to use it. I can log in on a browser so they should definitely just remove this app from the app store if it doesn't have a use at all, otherwise they are creating unnecesary customer dissatisfaction and potential detractors. Hope it's developed correctly in a future fix. I dont recommend downloading.
Pretty useless. Shows old info from my former employer that I left a year ago, even though the web page is accurate with my new employers info. Many buttons don't work, the design itself is poor, the header and footer are not static, and it doesn't look like it has been updated in years, if ever. The website is marginally better. You're better off keeping your insurance card on you and sticking to paper statements tbh.
APP doesn't work for those not on group policy. It wants me to update information to use the app, so I login to the page it links me to and there's nowhere to update the information. Using the contact us phone number doesn't work either because it won't accept my information and hangs up after two failed attempts before even bothering to connect me to a person. Absolutely ridiculous. It's like they don't want me to pay my bill.
Never has been able to load data. Signing in appears to work, but does not show my current dentist info or any of my recent transactions. I see "Loading" text that never clears. I have found that accessing the Delta Dental website directly from the Samsung Internet browser provides a much better interface thats work fine. I have since uninstalled this app and have no plans to try it again.
This app fully explains all of my benefits clearly, and shows me where there are doctors near me. It shows me the cleaning, dental exams, and x-ray history dates, as well as a copy of my insurance card. The app shows my coverage, and lets me set a preferred dentist. It shows my claims and if the bills have been paid, or if they are pending. Delta Dental is very informative and easy to use.
Absolute garbage. I try to sign in and turn on biometric log in. It brings me to the Terms of Service which goes into a never ending loop and the last paragraph talks about iOS. I hate to break it to the developers but this is Android. When I got back in it tells me to use the my fingerprint by putting it over the home button, which is fine for SOME Apple devices. Morons!
I have filled out all pertinent information and when I click "I Agree" to the user agreement, the screen flashes and doesn't go anywhere. I've scrolled all the way down, and I've tried multiple times. (I'm using an android phone. J3Prime, I believe.
This app is barely functional. Save yourself the frustration and just get your subscriber number and group number by calling in or waiting for the card to arrive in the mail. The "insurance card" provided in the app doesn't even label the two numbers. When the physical card arrives in the mail, the numbers are labeled and they're shortened versions of yhe unlabeled numbers in the app. Embarrassing design.
Perfect. I did log into website to verify my login. Installed the app. Tried to register, and the app said I already existed. Sho, I logged into the app. It worked perfectly. Has All my past information like claims and dentists. All group and member numbers were correct. Also, can search for dentists easily. And, it loads smoothly and quickly. I'm not sure why others have issues unless they are using the wrong login or their company records are amiss. This app works perfectly for me.
Don't waste your time with this app. The app listed a dentist that was out of network, which has resulted in a massive headache for me. Oh, and don't bother reporting any errors to the IT support team because they will copy and paste the same message 20 times about how they're "so sorry for your inconvenience please try again" before sending you into an endless bureaucratic feedback loop with customer service.
Klunky, slow user interface that doesn't properly use the back button. Won't let me view dependent claims - the app insists that my dependent does not exist, although they are listed on the website. Fails at basic functionality.
Every time I try to sign in I get the message "Unable to fetch data from server". Their website also takes forever to log in, so it's clearly an issue with their entire system. Disappointing and doesn't bode well for the service they provide.
Wanted the app just for the toothbrush timer, not really to access my claims/etc. 1st time I opened the app, there was an error and I had to close out and reopen. Then had issues getting the timer to work. Wouldn't recommend until they make a number of updates to fix bugs.
Can't login. I can login on my computer; however, when I attempt to login using the app I receive the following error message "username and/or password are incorrect". I know they both are correct, because I just verified it by using the same credentials to successfully login on my computer. I have uninstalled the app.
Horrible. I'm able to log into my account online no problem. Yet when I try to log in on the app in my phone, it doesn't work. Delta is suppose to be this great Dental Insurance company but they can't even get their app to work for their customers. Horrible.
Needs serious improvement. The app is indescribably bad with no particularly positive element to point to from its programming, to design layout, to functionality and usability. As is, this should not have been deployed or sent to production at all. Please scrap the app and overhaul it completely.
Shiiiet this app is useless. Any searching or moving between screens takes friggen ages. Clean up your stored procedures! Wadda ya running..ms sql server 1978? Lastly..i was able to bypass password and fingerprint ident. Something odd with session storage. May want to look into that before you get sued.
Absolutely useless. Can't even log in. Had to reset my password 3 times and it still won't let me in. Obviously my ID and security question are correct since I just used them to reset my password...3 times. Accidentally made it in once and it said I needed to put in a security question (????) and then said my response was unacceptable because it needed at least one character. I literally JUST USED it to reset my password. What an absolute joke this app is.
This app refuses to work on one phone (non-rooted LineageOS). And on a different phone, it will actually start but won't let me log in. The same credentials work fine on the website. Fought with this app for 20 minutes before giving up and uninstalling. Two thumbs down. 👎🏿👎🏿
Has the potential to be a great app, especially for on the go, and unexpected situations. However..the app has a habit of freezing, hasn't crashed but it freezes for long periods of time, so long I have to force close. But the information provided on the app is awesome and convenient....just needs a little more work. Hopefully the support team will see this review and try to fix the bugs. Also, I forgot to mention it has a error code 605 at times but only when opening the app.
