Like the option of making my own mixes. However, you can clearly hear some tracks stop and restart, instead of playing continuously.
I belive it does help me sleep deeper. However, most of the sound effects/music are unfortunately rather distracting and not calming. So, I only use the waves. Thank you.
Fantastic! Pure delta waves - no distracting music or sounds and no binaural beats for which you have to plug into both ears so can't lie on your side.
Not bad, but not mucg much variation. Had running at night, and next morning it had decided to stop and delete all my settings tho, so my mix was gone.
No audible experience, downloaded app, selected delta waves but no matter what I tried I got no sounds at all. Deleted app.
Great idea, but the looping sound every 12 seconds ruins the whole thing. it needs to crossfade seemlessly to the beginning so you don't here it looping.
It's an amazing app! I would highly recommend everybody to use this for meditation, sleep, studying or any other important task.
Can't get it to work, keeps sending me to settings so I asumed it needed to be given permissions but it won't allow my to allow it, even when I try to turn off my other apps that overlap
I like the app a lot, but the ads drive me crazy and the is no option to pay for an ad free version.

This app works for me. I'm a veteran with ptsd, and often have difficulty sleeping. I like the versatility and options available.

I agree with the other poster regarding the 12 second loop. The Fan sounded great, really, but just as you are getting into it, you are rudely snapped out of it because if the break and restart. Some other sound apps have this problem. Need better QC. Good luck.
