App hasn't worked since the new update. Keeps saying "can't connect to server" ... I've been trying since the update and it's aggervating because I need to get into my account and had all my stuff saved in my app to login . Something needs to be fixed .
Downloaded looking for outage maps,estimate times restoration could be done, and usefulness, but found nothing of use. Nothing at all. I can pay my bill online with ease.
The app has not worked since the update. It keeps saying "Successful updated Google Play service and please try again" or "communication failed with server". Nothing needs an update I've uninstalled and reinstalled it again SEVERAL times and NOTHING is working.
Now this is a very easy app to use. Pay ur bill with a small charge, you get txt alerts when ur bill is do reminders ,which i need because i do so much that it helps me when paying my bill. If u have demco then u NEED this app!A MUST HAVE!!
App doesnt work anymore since the update. I deleted and started over and still cant get in the app. Not happy with this at all.
App is not allowing access. There seems to be a bug with the recent update because I've been trying for days with no luck 😕
Been trying to get in the app for 2 weeks now, when I called the office she says I haven't received any reports about app being down. Excuse me but I'm saying something. Said I should just try again in a few days. No help at all.

The app is not working on my new phone, worked on my Samsung Note 9 but now opens and then freezes up beofre getting to the login screen on my Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra
The app has been unusable for almost a month now. It crashes as soon as I try to open it.

As of March 4th it says "this version is incompatible, please click OK to update"... After update it says the same thing

Guys type in Mydemco in google play. They did a new app and didnt tell us. U need to click on new user registration cuz ur old stuff wont work in the new app. Hope this helps u guys.

New update has made app not work at all.
Needs link to the outage map. Also should simplify the payment options as it is a bit confusing. My auto pay does not show even though it works. Historical data is nice & I like comparing my usage to the same time last year. More options for date ranges on kWh usage would be nice - only does 30days or 1 year. Entergy has a cleaner overall setup.
