Was advertised as being able to send money to Philippines, including Gcash but after installing and verifying identify no options at all for sending money, only useful for topping up mobiles, and there are other easier options available for doing that.
I was initially excited about this app and it's services as it has potential. My account verification for level 2 took 3 days, which only happened because I messaged customer support. The voucher code I received was invalid. I emailed customer support for assistance on May 3 and never received a reply to date. Overall onboarding experience was disappointing.
it was working fine but today when i opened it to check the rate. this app automatically send invites to all my contacts! in the message it mentioned my name and that i send them 20 aed. which i did not authorize! its a very bad experience for me. and there is no way to recall those sms. now many people are sending me message why i spammed them. very bad experience
I tried their service and quite disappointed coz i chose to send the promo cash they give last april 30 but until now it is on processing. Hope they can improve your service..should be fast and reliable. What if emergency purpose? They can't use the money we send coz the processing is more than 3 days.. just saying..thanks anyway.
The service is good considering it's a new mobile wallet app for money transfer/remitttance purposes. But the exchange rate is lower than my regular remittance center/method. The transaction period took 1 hour and half although, verification for new user might have implicated this factor. Overall, I would still recommend this mobile wallet.app to my family and friends.
If there is -10 stars thats how I will rate this. After all the filling-up and uploading it will just message me after 2 days that my verification was rejected. Such a waste of time. Keeps on bugging you with notifications. Best thing was to uninstall, unsubscribe and block... back to my other trusted transfers
Honestly I don't normally take risk of using online apps to transfer money. But when I tried Denarii , I loved it. My first experience was a bit lengthy due to my nervousness but was overwhelmed by the help I received from staff and specially when money got credited immediately to the Indian account in 10 minutes that too on a Sunday. Normally exchanges charge you high and take time to deposit but this was way cheaper and faster.
In times of need to transfer money you are totally disappointing, you are upgrading your app from time to time not informing your customer or even email us how long it will be esp the kiosk system, totally worse app😒😒😒if there will be other apps using kiosk I will definitely switch rather than yours. Not recommended👎👎👎👎
A fantastic experience with Denarii. I don't have to struggle with the qeue in exchange/remittance centers, esp this Pandemic Era.. And the transaction is as fast as real time, plus the cglharges are cheaper than of the exchange. Also the exchange rate are just the same oflr even higher compared to other remittance center. The app is user friendly.
Cant upgrade to level 2. After the selfie video an error is always popping up. Tried many times. If user needs to be level 2 verified then why you allow level 1 to send money and keep it on "processing".
1st 2 transactions was ok, it was instant, sent after few minutes, 3rd transaction when I send a higher amount, it's delayed. I tried their service again, it's delayed again, it's not instant as they claim, the 24/7 chat is not working. I will never use this app again.
I was really excited to use the app recommended by a colleague since I have witnessed from her how convenient it is to send money via Denarii. When I tried to send for the first time, it wouldn't connect to my account and it was taking time to load. Unfortunately I haven't used it even once but I still keep it. ☹️
It a very convenient and easy to use app with such low charges, I always prefer this app over any other app to transfer cross border money. The customer support is also very quick and helpful 👍 great job and keep continuing it.

When I tried sending money, I put in all the right info, a pop up keeps telling me don't leave any spaces in the name, well what you want me to do put a name that doesn't belong to the recipient. I kept trying to figure it out but it just got so annoying.
Please write it very clearly that this is not an instant transfer application. By mistake I transferred the money thinking that this is instant transfer app. I request to the admin to revert back the money ASAP. Sir there is no any holidays in India and yesterday I have done another transaction with other app and I found within five minute it is processed... Still my transaction is pending with you and it's almost 30 hrs
The app is very useful and very convinient to use but recenly it was under maintenance. And just yesterday they update it to new version which is very hard to use. Been trying to call the cstomer service but none of them answering my calls.

This app is going to be a massive success. To all the disappointed, please note that as compared to other UAE based remittance service provider Denarii Cash gives always a better exchange rate by 5fils. If you just add their bank account to your payees and use the bank transfer solution you get transfer fee (up to 1000dhs) and more Pesos for your Dirhams than any other service provider. So think twice before giving 1star to this app. The team behind has given me so far an outstanding service.
I like using this app, save me a lot of time going to the exchange to pay for Pag-ibig and sending money back home. So far, am happy with the service. Been using it for 3 mos now and no issues. Money sent, money received!
I love the app it's easy to use and the id verification is just optional you don't have to verify your account using your if if you didn't have a valid id. You can send money even that you just verufy your cp number and email,Its helpful.

hello, i have a suggestion in the reward bracketing system. could it be possible that you'll add a new reward bracketing system? like the 11th - 100th rank? it would be so nice if u can add this, since top 100 is also a great milestone for us to reach and i think it's not fair if we have the same rewards to those who only ranked at 1000th. Now i deleted the app, how come there is 2.72% fee for card payment which is more expensive than you pay for remittance fee if you send aed 1,000 .. It is not worth it, i am stopping now to send using this app and i will be back to my usual remittance center..
i really dont give reviews but this one really needs one. so i tried reloading my number using this app but it didnt went through its been almost a month now.. the customer service i talked to said that they will compensate ne and an agent will call me, but no one ever call me. i received a message thru sms that ill be receiving the balance, but even a dirham i didn't receive any. good thing i didnt use it to send money to my family.. worst app ever. dont trust this app not worth it
The app works fine during 1st transaction. But sooner, it kept on crashing and always on system maintenance and they can't even provide when will the issues be fixed. They will wait if the rate will become low before you can process the transaction. Been having a lot of issues with the app lately and refund also taked time and a lot of requirements. They cannot give direct answers instead, will ask other department. I like the app but it seems service is now having poor quality.
