I used this app successfully for a while. Now it no longer accepts codes and loyalty rewards do not work. There is no in app support and the whole thing is a waste of time. An example of how not to manage a loyalty reward program.
I can never scan the code on my Samsung S10. Scans for other restaurants work just fine. Even manual entries are usually replied with a message saying incorrect info was entered when it isn't incorrect at all.
Best Turkey Dinner this year compared to previous...mashed potatoes and gravy should be included was disappointed in the change also the red skins made me think of leftovers add bacon bits instead. The Lemon Cheesecake was Devine but the slice was 50% too small, pricing was too high 7.29 a piece. I was also disappointed it was not avalible in whole pie, but understandable. The dribble coffee cups have got to go I don't even get coffee anymore because those cups are so nasty. Server was Awsome
The scanner no longer works, and hasn't for a long time. It won't let me scan. I have to manually type every thing in.
have good experiences with the food and service. just dont like that the servers are not allowed to socialize a bit, makes it hard on them and as a customer when youre a regular in the area.
For no apparent reason, this app stopped working for me. I enter my pin and get an error. I try resetting my pin and get an error. I try creating a new account and get an error! I have reward points and want to use them!
this app is not friendly. almost gave up after lost pin and resetting. doesn't say how to maneuver. app should be auto connected from store.
An unknown error occurred recurs each time app is opened. Scanner does not function. Using a Samsung S7 and all current updates installed.
was fine till now, the app is not scanning the QR code - forcing me to enter the information in manually. At least it works, better than I can say for the Subway app, which NEVER worked at all for me.
Yes like others qr code not working i lost a whole free dinner as well it just disappeared very frustrating I should be on my 2nd filled out card but now am starting over. Will try again but if it doesn't work I won't be using this app anymore.
Q code will not scan. Unable to enter transaction # because it has a b at the end and your keyboard does not have alphabet entry. Your new prices are way too high so it is unlikely I will return.
it Took 15 minutes just to get water 40 min to get my food and to top it off the Bamberger wasn't cooked , not medium well , rare! But it's okay I was offered 10% off 👌
I love the rewards program! I just wish the menu function was up-to-date and more detailed.
QR code reader does not work, so don't even bother. For a whole year it has not allowed me to input a receipt manually. So essentially this app is useless.
This is the 4th time I have entered the information from reciept to receive the stamp and I get an email saying it is wrong..if it doesnt work this time I will uninstall. :(
90% of the time this app doesn't work. It hardly ever scans and if the waitress divides the bill up and there is an "a" following the receipt number i is rejected.
the app now seems to work after a long term of non functionality. Now that it works it is a great app for a great restaurant.
Works great most of the time, takes a while to build up points, but it's nice to occasional get a few dollars off
Wow .. fill out all fields to register and get a generic error message.... No explanation or help ... Try to view any options, and that same generic message ... deleted ...
I always get excellent customer service at this Dennys and fabulous tasty food! The staff is always friendly and helpful as well.
Not the best app I've used, like the other person said. POST YOU PRICES DENNY'S. like the saying says " if you have to ask, you can't afford it."
So I eat at dennys alot. And enter the receipts right away and I somehow have 3 stamps still. Its just annoying and not accurate.
Fix the bugs, I up my review. The bugs are completely unacceptable, completely negating the point of the app.

Unable to login thus unable to collect or use existing rewards. No reply from Denny's to any of my requests. Disappointed.
We were well treated through the whole experience. Waitress Idah was very kind and friendly and lots of fun.
this app is very helpful and useful to collect points and rewards and to check out the menu and to see your nearby dennys
Only problem we have had is scanning the code. Quicker to manually enter info but probably because as senior not tech savvy enough. Fairly easy to maneuver and easily understood. No other challenges at this time.
