This is an app for insurance for vision and dental. It only shows providers for dental...nothing for the vision. It automaticaly turns the app sideways on your phone and cannot turn back. Not much of any info on app.
The app lags! And always in horizontal view! Not user friendly at all! can't do a manual search to find if my dentist is in my plan. I uninstalled it.
Can't even log in using the same credentials as the website. As others have said, very poor app with amateur coding. It forces landscape view
Horrible app, clunky, not linked to all your coverages. Very old outdated format. 1 star because I can't give it less.
Appreciate this app on the grounds that the app does exactly what it says it does. Nothing else. No adds, no pop ups, no up selling just your insurance cards. I can find providers easily and send them my card straight from my phone. It's simple and it doesn't take up a lot of space...the only issue I have is when you hit the back button it exits the app otherwise I would give 5 stars
First time I used it the app actually located dentist, but not a single eye doctor. Second time it didn't locate anything. I tried to email the webmaster and it rejected my email. Good job in not make it do anything. Someone should pay money for this free app. Ha ha ha ha!!!!
Would be much more useful if you could stay logged in or use a pin to access your account info. Having to remember my member ID and a bunch of other stuff kind of defeats the purpose.
It would be nice if I could actually get any information from the app. I enter all of my log in info and it just takes me to a blank white screen. This is as useless of an app as you can get.
Terrible, I was hoping it might be better than their website. My cat can write better code. You guys need to get it together. Gawd!!!
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Dental Select makes a lot of $. This is the best you can come up with? The back button on the device dosnt work but rather exits out of the app entirely. No providers ever show up even though there are hundreds. Very very very amateur development.
My dog who is nowhere near as clever as a cat could write better code.
Who wrote the code for this? I can do better and I'm an idiot that can't do IT.
App does not turn with phone. "Contact us/email us" times out. Broken.

After login the page stayed blank.
This app is so clunky and frustrating to try and use. The back button exits the app entirely instead of doing what any Android user would expect- going back to the previous view. You can't filter any of the search results for providers, and sometimes the list is super long. It also forces landscape mode which makes viewing anything other than the cards themselves a huge pain... oh wait, even viewing the cards is a clunky and painful experience. Swiping from front to back is laggy. Plz fire devs.
