Very poor service. After placing prepaid order & confirming they told me item was unavailable. And then surprisingly & shockingly they processed my refund deducting shipping charges that were never charged in billing & for something that was never shipped. Got a call from them and they still want to make me believe that charging me of shipping & handling of something that they never shipped becoz of unavailability was right! Plz go for other dental apps. So many options

Hii all, i recently have experience with the dentbay. Only prepaid ordering is possible. Dispatching is very slow. you can't track your orders. Return is not accpted as you have no option to return/cancel your item. and there is NO customer support at any stage of orders expect that one person i have talked. Very poor customer relations. So i suggest you all please don't buy anything from here.

products are ok...! but delivery time is too long.. and 2 times the products i have ordered were out of stock despite that they took the order nd payment.. but i didn't get item delivered to me.. and also the refund from their side i didn't get in my account... near about 450rs/- loss i face from this online app

Nice app, When compared to other dental product providers, dentbay is far better. Their customer service is certainly great, as whenever I call they respond positively. Also they were able to provide me items which were not easily available in the regular market.

Delayed shipping, usually takes 7-10days, with partial shipping. Also no shipping detail. If only they dispatch the product fast. The product is good and genuine.

One of the best place to buy dental materials... I havent used the app.. Ordered directly from the website.. The team is very efficient.. I buy most of my dental materials from there...incase the stuff u ordered isnt available they wil contact you at the earliest and refund you unlike other websites where u get no intimidation and need to run after the refund. Products are genuine and pricing is good... Extremely efficienct customer care... Awesome experience... Thank you

Worst experience ever. I have placed an order around a mouth back. Still haven't received the products nor have they responded to my mails. Worst customer service ever. Don't trust this site.

It's a really good app. They are providing genuine products at very good rates. I'll recommend this service to everyone who requires dental equipments.

Product reach near me after 10 days (which was okay okay) but after that I had to get it from the hub which is 15 km away from the address Nb: a pc of advise to DENTBAY People dont go for BLUEDART they had the least delivery options and while sending make sure that they will be delivering the product at exact pincode

Very bad experience....send you different products and defective products and don't even accept that they do it just blame the doctor and ignore messages and phone calls and also there shipping is worst

Pathetic experience..The product i ordered not delivered .Not possible to track the product..No informations available regarding the delivery .No provision for cancellation of order. pls dont download this app.

server crashed for more than a year ... No efforts to resolve app problems....

Best ever application for dental health I have ever seen. Very good application for online purchasing related to dental's problems.

Its fraud company and app. Don't order here. Their customer care and application doesn't work. Your money will trap.

Scam app. Don't pay any amount.....This app doesn't supply any Dental materials....All the customer care numbers are bogus!

Wonderful application...I like the quality and rates.

Fake seller and fake website. Bunch of thieves running a scam in dental market. Don't risk purchasing from these people. They will charge you money, won't deliver the product and won't even provide you refund. Word of advice, stay away from this scamster website and app.

Very pathetic app i must say its a fake app......i ordered a product 1 month ago and didnt recieved my order yet and no notification at all...they are thief guys dont believe Dentbay..very poor experience other app are authentic like pinkblue,dentalkart but this guys dont deserve any customers trust

Product ordered 45 days ago.Even after one month when its not delivered i contacted them ..they said product is lost on the way ..and now i am asking for refund since 15 days but no response from them ...Even they blocked their customer service whatsapp no.I alerted all my colleagues not to buy from this scam website.I will post this in consumer complaints forum also with all the payment details ,whatsapp conversations , if my amount is not refunded within the next 3-4 days.My order id was 7100.
