Denver Broncos 365

This is an OK app, the content is good, but the performance is poor. It won't work in landscape on my tablet, the splash screen on my tablet is still the old one with Von Miller (on my phone it's Chris Harris), and the video performance is lousy. Videos pause (and sometimes won't restart), take forever to show in HD (sometimes you get a pixelated picture for the entire video, and I've got fibreoptic broadband), skip regularly (meaning you miss a few seconds), and won't prevent the screen going into hibernation (you have to let it hibernate once and then start the video again). I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 running Android 8.0.0.

This app won't allow me to actually log into my account to access my tickets. This is obviously an issue when it's the 'recommended' way to access my season tickets. I spent an hour on game day trying to log in but it is always just a blank screen for the login page. Btw, it worked without issue at the preseason game. As others have stated, I've uninstalled and reinstalled without any change. I had to use the web browser to access my tickets on Sunday and save them to my digital wallet. 👎

Was great 5 stars, then opening day of 2021 when I needed it... not. I am a season ticket holder and can't get into account manager for my tickets. Uninstaller and reinstalled going that would resolve. Tried to log back in and it closes the app. Going to account manager just does a blank screen. So frustrated!!! Also the injury report needs a legend, the circles, dots, half colored circles, need a bit of explanation.

September 2021 update, app is still bad. Can't sign in to account manager, just sits with a blank screen. So, no account manager means no tickets, see an issue?....Application continually crashes.. Every time my phone restarts, about 30 seconds later I get a failure message "Broncos has stopped working". Great, and no way to take screen shots this year, hope you are all not standing behind me at the gate.

I have to change my password EVERY TIME. I used to be able to take screen shots of the tickets before going to the stadium because the app WILL NOT work at the stadium. The really fun part is when my season tickets are sometimes there, sometimes not! I hate this app. Totally cumbersome, password is always wrong even several times in a row, can't stay logged in. I go to 50 concerts and games a year and I don't have near this many issues with any app.

Was not able to attend a game because the ap would not function correctly. Downloaded and viewed tickets earlier in the day. When I got to the gate it was as if I never set up an account. Had to go through the whole account setup again all for it to tell me the ticket transfer had expired. Wasted time, wasted money for $40 parking. Im done with going to games, even if someone gives it to me for free like these tickets. Too much of a hastle for entertainment.

Decent app. The only problem is when you watch a video that it doesn't keep your phone screen on. I have used this app on multiple phones and it is the only one that while watching a video the screen turns off. All other apps I don't have this problem so I know it's not a phone setting.

I'm a season ticket holder and this app is very difficult to use and crashes a lot. When I went to the broncos/bears game it brought up old invalid Square barcodes. After restarting the app it brought up new barcodes, but still. Also, selling tickets on NFL ticket exchange through this app causes constant crashes on Android. Hate to give it 1 star, but it is earned over years of use.

For being the only way to get into the game, it sure does Not inspire confidence. Repeatedly told me I had no tickets available and I had to go all over through the app to get to where the would show up again, every time I opened the app. Horrible, horrible experience. This thing is garbage.

The user interface is confusing and the logic used is poor. The fact you have to exit the app and go to a browser to manage your tickets is cumbersome. The best feature is saving your tickets to your phone via Google pay or apple pay because you don't have to use your app when you arrive to the stadium. Very sad considering the amount of money this industry generates.

About a month ago I couldn't log in anymore. When I hit "sign in" it just takes me to a blank screen. I have uninstallled and reinstalled several times, Same thing is happening on my Ticketmaster App. I have even tried to log in on other peoples phones and the same issue happens.

A franchise with a storied past is now relegated to providing references to the glory days of the past with little to no explanation for its recent failures (past 4 years). Empty historical content and interviews from players and staff that have been repeated over and over. "We just have to play better." Really?

Very very buggy. Doesn't synch well with Ticketmaster. Keeps telling me to activate my account when it's already active. Usually takes at least three tries to transfer tickets successfully. And the new dynamic QR code that doesn't allow screen shots is horrible.

Terrible app!!!!! I have yet to be able to access my tickets!!!! I have to transfer my tickets to someone with an iPhone and take them to the game so I can get into a game!! Been on the phone with Broncos customer service and they can't fix it because it's an Android phone. Worst decision Broncos have ever made regarding tickets!

Out of the 100's of apps I have installed this is the one that I wished I never had, but as a season ticket holder alas I have to use this high school project app. I can never get it to actually log me in it just sits there as a blank screen. There is no user friendly go here to login you have to search for it yourself then it just sits there never doing anything. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled, Uninstaller reboot and reinstall. I moved from Colorado to Arizona 2 yrs ago and could not find TV coverage of the Bronco games. Don't have cable, etc.. so, keeping up better with the app has helped me as I was having terrible withdrawal. LOL.

Up til recently never had trouble but 2 days ago I'm having the same trouble many others seem to be having. Acct. manager button just takes me to a blank screen. Good thing I only want to sell my seats because I found another way to put them on the market. If I was trying to load on my phone I'd be screwed. Hope it gets fixed before I want to upload any tickets.

The video viewing isn't great with an android device. They often won't show due to getting stuck on the ad and you can't use the app in landscape mode only portrait.

Account manager stopped working after 1st home game. Have not been able to get back in since. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times now. Had to borrow a phone at the game to get into parking lot, RIDICULOUS!!! Remember those clunky paper tickets??? THEY NEVER FAILED!!!!!

Have had this app in past years and it was better. This year nobody is maintaining and updating it...depth chart,Roster, injuries, nothing is being kept current. Useless for what I like to utilize it for!

I truly love this app. But the only time I'm able to use it is through a notification. just tapping on it only gets me to the front page display and that's it. I would love to access it at will. But other than that I would've given it 6 stars. It has everything I want and more from my beloved Broncos, considering I now reside in NV. This is my number 1 Broncos info source. Thank you. Jeff

Really disappointing not to be able to access tickets on game day. Was walking to the stadium in a panic with signs telling me to "have my tickets ready" no one is available to assist until you wait in line, to be told...what? Stopped in the sun glare by a tree to do my own research and finally figured out I can access thru my phones browser. Will be removing this frustrating app and doing it that way from now on. Not sure that this helps prevent ticket fraud as screen shots can easily be "sold" as tickets to the unaware buyer. Really put a damper on my daughters first experience at a Bronco game to spend 45 minutes figuring out how to access our $200.00 tickets. Get it together!

UPDATE: app has been updated. It's now great again! If you are a Broncos fan this is a must-have! OLD: a great collector of links to pay-to-read news sites. If you can afford to pay for multiple accounts to all of the different networks and news sites they link then you can read a lot of Broncos News! If not,...well. They do have photo galleries for you to look at.... and the game schedule.

Stopped working on Android Version 5.0.1. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I am currently just getting a white screen when opening the 365 app. I emailed the Developer and have not been contacted.

Confusing, and always changing app. Works to transfer tickets, but does not work to get a season ticket holder into the game without three levels of tech support.
