Overall watch is good. The sleep sync data is not accurate. Still lot of issues needs more improvement in software accuracy.
The watch I use is fantastic but the app won't sync with it. The app will display one thing & the watch will be the correct info. I went for over 1hr of a walk according to the watch and according to the app, it was 4 mins! The watch was clearly right coz it was over an hour. Can you please help me or sort this issue out. It's very annoying!
no notification for majority of Social Media Apps. e.g. Telegram. The Other App section in notification has almost no function. It's not clear what is the function of Camera in App. Watch is far away from a good one when it has no function without connection. Last but not least no standard charger in package as well as no info in website. really poor
feedback option at the app in the phone, when you hit "submit" it does not submit it "shares to". That's 1st bug.2nd bug.Sleep is not getting registered. If I go to sleep later than 12 or something like that it does simply not record my sleep. It's annoying because this was one of the main reason I wanted this watch. 3dr bug. When uploading running activity to Strava (works fine with cycling and walking) pace and time are symply blank in Strava app. VSW-510
Sleep data in the app is identical to the first night, even though watch shows 3hrs less. It is the evening so it should be updated. Also yesterday's statistics are wiped from the app, steps, calories and kilometres. Will return this item.
The weather on the watch isn't correct. I've checked that the town is correct, but today it insists its 12°c when it's actually 23°c. So I'm not sure where it's getting the information from. Otherwise I'm pleased with my watch and the app works reasonably well for me.
When I go shopping in a supermarket and take trolley the smartwatch doesn't count any steps. So I went shopping for nearly two hours and it didn't show any difference. That's really annoying. I think I'll get a new smartwatch from a other company.
Overall a nice set up, but I am very disappointed with several days of walking just disappearing from my list. It is quite demotivating when one makes the effort to walk 10000+ steps daily that they just disappear by themselves from the list.
Super inconvenient! Bought the watch and had to connect it 3 times since then. The worst of all is that the time i was waiting was 40 minutes!!! I read the FAQ and everything was fine but again i waited 40 mins. Battery on watch bfh240 and screen are trash!
Im not able to set the clock and date. Cannot find nowhere instructions for that, plus, even that the watch gets connected with the app, i can see no data in the app. Always zero for everything and always says the battery is -1%.
I bought this watch just today. But I already felt bad because you do not have Telegram in the list of apps like Instagram or WhatsApp. Fix it, please, a lot of people use telegram and we can just have notifications with other apps. And them the watch rings every 3 minutes, because Dezzer switches songs🙄
Hello, this is my review over this app: It's a great app to use with my smart watch i got at my birthday. although, it has quite a few english grammar errors, also, the new graph for the Oxygen in my blood seems to not appear, neither do the percentages. But overal a great app and i do reccomend buying their app. Best regards - Wolf
Juat purchased your smartwatch. Just downloaded the app (android) and it refuses to open. my phone keeps showing me an error - Denver Smartlife keeps stopping - will be returning this device unless you can fix
Not able to connect my sw-660 on the phone its always connecting..
BFH-240s battery is just miserable 12hrs of use and back to the charger. Step measuring is incorrect as well. And on top of everything else after yesterday's firmware update the watch won't connect to the application.
Lost my data after proper sync with the watch. Cannot actually send feedback to the devs from the app! Virtual keyboard overlaps their writing field in the app... Honestly, cannot recommend.
Calories count is completely illogical and inaccurate. Distance for the day shows less than 1km even though I had activity of 15km in that day. It says I walked 15km in 3 Hours but average speed is 1km per hour. It does not allow me to send feedback.
its not acceptable that I charged this watch over night (100% in the morning) and at 4.30 pm it blacked out due to no more energy. And it got even worse, all data was deleted, although it was connected to the app all the time Worst spend 20€ of my life.... Please dont buy the BFH-240
I updated the app but hte watch won't even connect to the phone. Its 1-2 minutes ahead or late and the steps a re wrong. If its not connected the time will just go to 9:00 but at the top it will say pm. Pls fix this😭!!
The app will connect to your device the first few hours, and then continue to fail to connect, effectively making your smart watch completely useless!
App is total and utter rubbish. Fails to connect to mobile phone so I can't even have the right time on the watch. Unacceptable.
I just bought the SW-660, I have a Samsung galaxy S8+. After connecting the watch to the bluetooth and pairing, when I try to connect it to the denver smart life app, it only says connecting and keeps loading for few minutes and then fails. It wouldn't sync to the app or let me create a profile or anything. Please help
